October 23, Tuesday
"HAPPY SUPER LATE BIRTHDAY, BROOKY!" Jack greeted excitedly as Mikey and the Irish boy saw the familiar streak of blonde hair of the boy who was waiting for them outside of their morning breakfast hangout.
"Happy birthday, Brook," The raven boy greeted more calmly as he gave Brooklyn a sincere smile. He saw the overwhelmed blonde smile back as he received a tight, adoring hug from Jack. Mikey sighed but soon joined in as he wrapped his arms around the super late birthday boy.
"Thanks, guys," Brooklyn stated, blushing, as he broke the hug and glanced at the outcast couple. He smiled again appreciatively as he pointed out towards his car where Darren was patiently waiting inside. The driver flashed his usual friendly smile as he greeted, "Good day, lads!"
Mikey nodded at the kind-willed driver as him and Jack went on the passengers' seats. Frankly, the raven boy was thrilled for what they had prepared for the late birthday celebrant. Him and Jack really thought and planned this through this last weekend and they're really happy that they would finally do it today.
'And, we also have Andy and Rye on board with the plan as well, so everything would be amazing,' the raven boy mused.
Upon reaching the school gates and getting out of Brooklyn's car, they all waved goodbye to Darren as they face their typical Tuesday morning routine and classes. They all decided to chill out by Blair's office rooftop that morning while waiting for the school bell to start but much to their surprise, well mostly Brooklyn's, they saw the usually absent principal entering his office.
The principal-slash-tattoo artist immediately noticed their presence and waved at them smiling, "Hey, lads! What's up?"
Jack and Mikey waved back as the Irish lad shrugged nonchalantly, "The usual thing, Blair."
"But, it's also Brook's late birthday celebration," Mikey lightheartedly added as he nudged the blonde boy closer to the principal.
Blair glanced at the nervous blonde boy unknowingly, who was glancing at anything but the principal, as he slowly flashed him a smirk, "Really?"
Brooklyn cannot help but nod in reply. Noticing the anxiety and nervousness running from the birthday celebrant, Blair shook his head, amused, as he placed his hands on the blonde's shoulder, "Hey, kid, relax, alright? It's your birthday, you should celebrate."
As soon as Mikey heard those words, he knew exactly what the principal was up to. He saw the principal opened the door to his office as he invited the three of them in. The raven boy shared a knowing look with Jack as his Irish boyfriend smirked at him shrugging. They just knew what Blair is going to do.
"So, welcome to my humble abode, Mr. Wyatt," Blair remarked proudly as he gets down to reach something under his cabinet office table.
"It's not really a humble abode is it?" Jack snorted as the principal glanced at him amusingly, "it's not really your home."
"Yeah," Mikey nodded nonchalantly and playfully added, "besides, you're rarely here."
Their mischievous comments received a glare from the principal as he shakes his head disappointedly, "I expect Jack, the Irish brat, to say that... but, not you too, Mikey!"
The raven-haired boy innocently shrugged as he breathed out a small laugh. This reaction gained an amused giggle from Brooklyn as Mikey and Jack glanced at him delighted.
Blair immediately brought his gaze to the blonde boy as he childishly cried, "Not you too!"
Jack laughed boisterously as he stated, "We can't help it, old man. You're fun to tease. Look, even Brooky agrees."
