Izuku watched as Kirishima's parents continued to yell at him for running away to the capital castle. The four boys had returned to the earth section earlier that day. The moment they did, Bakugo and Kaminari's parents had pulled them away from Izuku and Kirishima and took them back to their own sections of the kingdom. Izuku looked at how Kirishima flinched as his mother finished scolding him and the two adults left the room, leaving Izuku with the red head prince. Izuku walked up to him, "Hey, Kirishima. Are you okay?" Kirishima turned to Izuku and gave him a small smile, "Yeah. Thanks, Izuku. I'm fine." Izuku smiled back, "I'm glad. Sorry that your parents yelled at you for helping me." Kirishima said, "It's fine. It was worth helping you. Besides, I'm not in too much trouble." Izuku let out a little laugh as the two of them walked outside of the castle.

Once they were outside of the Kirishima's castle, they saw Hisashi exiting a carriage. Hisashi walked up to the two boys and asked, "Hello, boys. Are the two of you okay?" They nodded in response. Hisashi smiled, "Good, that's good to hear." Izuku asked, "Um, how did things go with mom?" Hisashi groaned as he rubbed his cheek, which had a red hand print on it. Hisashi frowned, "Well, she was definitely upset that I had the people lie to her and tell her that I was dead, but she calmed down after a while. After she did, she hugged me and cried about how much she missed me, so I think I'm in the clear for now." Izuku smiled, "That's great to hear."  Kirishima laughed at Hisashi, causing Izuku to do so as well. After a few seconds of laughing, the two boys turned to each other and were about to kiss until Hisashi put his hand in between them to stop them.

Days later, it was time for the coronation. Hisashi was standing in front of All Might in the throne room of the central castle. All of the royal families from all the sections were on the sides of the carpet that Hisashi walked to get to the throne. Besides the Kirishima family was Inko and Izuku. Izuku and Kirishima held hands as they listened to All Might giving a speech to the people about how the kingdom was prospering due to the capture of the terrorists and how Hisashi was a defining factor in their defeat. After the speech was done, All Might called for Hisashi, "Hisashi Midoriya, please, step forth." Hisashi walked to All Might and kneeled in front of him. All Might drew his sword, One for All, "Do you, Hisashi Midoriya, promise to always do what is in the best interests of the kingdom and its people, even at the cost of your own life?" Hisashi said, "I promise." All Might tapped both of Hisashi's shoulders with One for All. He then sheathed the blade, "I now pronounce you, Hisashi Midoriya, the new king." The room was filled with loud cheering as All Might took off his crown and placed it on top of Hisashi. Hisashi rose and waved to the people, prompting even more cheering. Hisashi then began walking down the stairs of the throne. The first thing he did was shake Enji Todoroki's hand. Hisashi had told Izuku that the two of them had become good friends during their time uncovering the terrorists. After he shook Enji's hand, Hisashi went and kissed Inko and then hugged Izuku. Then he walked down the sides and shook the hands of each of the royal families. He stopped abruptly when he finished with the Todoroki's. He had reached Dabi. Hisashi was about to reach out his hand when Dabi hugged him, which Hisashi returned. Kirishima whispered to Izuku, "You know, when your dad told us that Dabi was his nephew, I couldn't believe it." Izuku whispered, "I know, right? It was really unexpected, but apparently, dad got him this job to better protect the kingdom." The two of them turned back to see Hisashi walking down the aisle to wave at the crowd.

The kingdom celebrated their newly coronated king. Hisashi and Inko were spending time together. Meanwhile, Izuku and Kirishima were on top of one of the castle's towers. Kirishima smiled at Izuku, "Man, you remember when we first met?" Izuku nodded, "Yeah, I hated the royals back then." Kirishima frowned, "You have become the very thing you swore to destroy!"

Izuku looked at him, puzzled, "I never swore to destroy the royals." Kirishima chuckled, "Whatever, let's enjoy the view." Izuku was about to turn when he noticed that Kirishima hadn't turned his head. Izuku asked, "Aren't you going to enjoy the view?" Kirishima smiled, "I am." Izuku blushed. Kirishima leaned in and kissed Izuku.
