"YOU BASTARD!" Kihyun growled at the man, seconds ago he once bared the form of the brown rouge who'd just attacked his beta brother.

"You need to learn some manners omega" Kihyun snapped his head round quicker than a lightning bolt, staring at the owner of the voice.

"I'm sure your mate would be disappointed with your behavior" Kihyun cocked an eyebrow at the black and blue wolf, who almost smirked at him when the words left his mouth.

"COCKY BASTARD!" A wheeze of a shout came from behind him, Kihyun could feel Youngjae's gaze blazing into the Beta in front of him.

"Quieter down, I ain't going to hurt him" the other beta spoke again, this time their eyes met and in a second he was switching back into human form. Both brothers were first shocked by his appearance. He was a young looking man, a few years older than Kihyun himself, but was well built with blue and black hair which matched his wolf's coat. Yet none of that really stood out, compared with his eyes that is- an Icy blue, cold color that burned into another's soul with one look.

"What do you want" Kihyun's voice wavered a bit as he spoke to the man. His presence screamed he was that of a superior compared to himself, probably a beta who worked alongside a very powerful alpha.

"I think you heard me loud and clear when I spoke the first time, I'm sure one word stuck out like a sore thumb to you" He himself raised an eyebrow. It took the younger a few minutes to replay the scenario in his head, but by the patience the man seemed to have and the sudden deserted street Kihyun knew he wouldn't be getting out this situation soon or with any help.

"You said mate" Kihyun broke the forming silence.

"Bingo"

"Hey! Is this one sick game to you Ice eyes?!" Jae shouted again, by the tone in his voice he was getting agitated and he was in pain, it was easy to sense between just the four of them. Unfortunately for Youngjae, being called Ice eyes wasn't a good idea, and with one glance from the Beta the brown wolf man from earlier bought back his leg and kicked him straight where his wound was, hard. Jae screamed out in pain, earning a scream off Kihyun who was suddenly finding himself restrained back by two more rouges who'd suddenly appeared.

"PLEASE STOP!" Kihyun screamed as the man kept kicking Jae, the blood flying everywhere like a fizzed up bottle of coke and the cries from Youngjae shattering the air around them. He shouted for help, pleaded for them to give mercy- yet he didn't stop and nobody came.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" Kihyun screamed again, kicking against the two men who held him back. With one raise of a hand the torture to his brother stopped, and the blue and black haired beta took a few steps forward in front of him.

"I've been sent here by my alpha, these were his orders not mine. He was looking for his mate and apparently he's found him" He spoke, eyes directly looking into his own.

"Me? No way" Kihyun stuttered back.

"How can i explain it? When I turned up you must have smelt something? It made you feel in a certain way" He started to explain. Kihyun nodded at his explication. He had smelt something- that burning wood and cinnamon that made him literally feel as if his legs would give in at a moments notice.

"That's your mates smell, he smelt you and you smelt him even though you haven't met probably yet, but your connected- mates" he said, looking ever so proud of himself for getting his explanation right. Kihyun wondered in that second if a powerful beta like him had got a mate of his own? Only time would tell.

"So what does this all mean? I'm mated to your alpha?" Kihyun snapped out of his thoughts quickly, his gaze snapping between the beta and his brother, who's eyes were squeezed shut in agony.

"Yes, and he wants me to take you to his pack immediately" the Beta said to the point. Kihyun looked again at his brother- at the remains of his packs town. How could he go to the alpha who'd caused all this pain and destruction on his own?

"Then I refuse him, I refuse we're mates and I'm not going!" Kihyun suddenly announced, much to the surprise of the Beta and his rouge henchmen.

"Attaboy" his faintly heard Youngjae whisper with the energy he had left. Kihyun stood his ground, and to be frank the Beta who once seemed so intimidating looked taken aback.

"Very well then...guards" in a flash the situation changed dramatically. A once taken aback looking Beta had a sword drawn out, the initials WH engraved near the handle. He placed the tip of the sword in the ground below and started dragging it as he slowly stalked towards Youngjae.

"You bastard, STOP!" Kihyun screamed again, his voice starting to go hoarse by all the shouting.

"I'll stop if you come, and if you come alone" He prowled closer and closer, emphasizing the 'alone' part of the deal. Kihyun's mind went into haywire as he panicked over his situation. He couldn't believe this was happening. He didn't want to go with them, but he didn't want his brother to be killed over his own pettiness.

"FINE! I'll go quietly as long as I can see my brother one last time" in a split second the beta stopped. And only by looking over his shoulder did Kihyun suddenly feel fear as one of his ice blue eyes glared at him.

"Good boy" He heard the sword click back into its holder as the men loosened their grip on him. Kihyun ran and almost fell ontop of Youngjae as he got down, only to wish he hadn't even gone to him. Tears were streaming down his face, blood and dirt was everywhere and the poor thing looked more worried for Kihyun than himself.

"Ki...hyun..." He stuttered through sobs. Being big brother Kihyun shushed him quietly, placing a hand on his forehead and stroking his sweat glazed hair off his face.

"I'll get out of this, I'll come back for you- and that's a promise" a stray tear ran off Kihyun's face, falling onto his brothers cheek as both of them enjoyed the few minutes they had left together.

"LOOK!"

"OVER THERE"

"GET HELP!"

A few shouts in the distance and before they knew it, it was time. As wolves came bounding at one another Kihyun was suddenly ripped away from his brothers side. He kicked and screamed, he saw the sadness on Youngjaes face as a car pulled up out of the mist bundled him and the older beta inside. And he saw and felt all the emotions of an alpha attack rise in front of him, as he was suddenly drove away from his home and his family, all in the span of a sunny Sunday morning.
