Episode 4: "I'll Show You Who's Queen"

Sicriu returns to Tribal Council still feeling united with yet another unanimous vote. Ari gets back to camp and explains herself.

Ari (to the tribe): "I am so sorry guys, a very close family member is in the hospital today. I left my phone at home when I went with them to the emergency room. They are getting better, and hopefully will come home tonight."

Her tribemates offer their condolences, and they all go to sleep half glad they are unified and half dreading the next challenge. However, Blackheart stays up, watching the night sky. As the stars twinkle above, he ponders future moves.

Blackheart: "That tribal raised some flags for me. Doja was telling me one thing, and the others another. I didn't like it. So Doja is officially on my radar."

He turns to his right, where Devin sleeps, and mimes stabbing him in the back. Then he flips to his left side facing Karan, falling asleep at last.

"Psst Pig-Pen, wake up! I have something to tell you!" Beaker whispers, shaking a sleeping Kris gently. The sky is still a dark shade of orange, the sun peeking out behind the Carpathian mountains.

"Huhhhh?" Kris answers, yawning and getting up. Beaker leads him outside the clearing. They walk and talk together on a small trail leading up to the mountain. Beaker had found the spot a few days ago, but this is the first time he'd shown it to anyone else.

Beaker: "Okay, so I have something to tell you. But you have to PROMISE you don't tell anyone."

Kris: "I promise I wont tell anyone"

Beaker: "I have a suspicious as to who Vegeta is"

Kris: "Okay whos your hypothesis"

Beaker: "I think it's Briar. Sorry if you are Briar, but Vegeta likes math and science and is good at unscrambles."

Kris (realization dawning, a smile crosses his face): "Yeah, and he's very quiet but he's always lurking on the main topic. I completely agree with you. I also think Kyle is Goku. Think about it. They were going to run Dragon Ball Z together for the season as hosts but both lost. Wouldn't that make sense?"

Beaker: "Omg yeah. Well we need to get Vegeta out before a swap. Or merge. He might have the idol."

Kris (trying to talk Beaker through and calm him down): "He seems to trust us right now though... as long as we aren't going after him I think he'll use the idol with us and not against us. At least that's what he's shown in past seasons."

Beaker nods and agrees, his mind racing faster than Lightning McQueen in the Grand Prix.

Kris: "Nice to see that being so tight with Lightning finally paid off. I woke up this morning and he approached me about who he thinks Vegeta is. Similar to what I said yesterday, Vegeta makes him think of Briar. And even though I asked Vegeta if he knew anything about idols and he said no, there's a good possibility he has one. Briar lives on idols and if he didn't find one then is he really even Briar? I mean his bio says The Real Idol King for crying out loud! Lightning wants to take a very aggressive approach and cut Vegeta's throat. However, that doesn't work for my game. I steered the conversation towards keeping him and hoping that he uses the idols with us, not against us."

Beaker and Kris sit together watching the sunset and making jokes. Sitting side by side atop an overhang above the grassy valley with their tribe clearings, they watch Cia fly in by helicopter and put in Treemail.

"We should probably get back soon," Kris reminds Beaker, and they head back to camp together.
