Corynns POV

Nicole ran out with her backpack that's never a good sign. "Corynn what did you say to her?" Luke asked glaring at me. I hate when he does that. "Don't go pointing fingers at me Hemmings, I only asked if she was OK, and she said she didn't want to talk about it!" "OK, ok we both need to calm down, for Nicole." he said taking deep breaths. I calmed down breathing heavily, clearing my mind. That's when I remembered, I remembered seeing Calum exiting the room before I went to talk to Nicole. I stormed out ignoring Luke yelling at me to wait for him. Calum was sitting down at the table with Ash. "Hey, Calum?" I asked, "Yes, Corynn?" he replied. He looked sad. "Um...what did you say to Nicole?" Asking that seemed to piss him off. "I-I can't tell you..." I could tell he was trying to calm himself down. He seemed alone, corrupt almost. "Well...you need to tell me!" I raised my voice. That only seemed to anger him more! "And what if I don't?!?" he yelled. I thought about that for a moment, what would I do? I looked down at my hands, my frustion seemed to run down to my hands. I lost control, raised my hand and slapped him across the face. "Corynn?!?" Luke and Ashton were very confused. I mean, It did look strange I just walked into the room and slapped Calum! "Now...tell me what you said to her!" He thought about it "Fine, but Luke has to leave...Ash you too" Ash and Luke walked out shutting the door behind them. "I-I like Nicole" he said weakly. "What?" I was shocked. "I may even love her..." he started to cry. "Why would you tell her that, she has a boyfriend! Who by the way is one of your best friends!" tears were streaming down his cheeks by now. I wrapped my arms around him "Shhhh don't cry Cal, its OK...right now we just need to find Nicole!" I whispered. "Wait, she's gone?" he looked at me like I was a lunatic! "Yeah, after you left Luke and I questioned her sadness, and she just walked out...with her backpack...oh my god, we need to find her!" I grabbed his hand and ran out of the room, Luke and Ashton were right outside the door. "Luke! Ash! Come help us find Nicole!" I yelled dragging Calum outside. The boys followed me to the parking lot, we met at the car that was rented for us. "I'll drive, Corynn you ring Mike!" Ash said sitting in the drivers seat. "OK!" I sat in the back and dialed Michael's number.

"Hey babe! How is everyone? I'm just finishing up."

"Michael I need you to meet us at the park!"

"Wait, why what's wrong Corynn?"

"Nicole's gone! Anyway I'll explain later just meet us at the park, we'll start looking there!"

" 'K love you babe"

"See ya in a bit!"

I hung up and started to get nervous, because I knew what was going through her head. I KNEW what was in her bag. Nicole and I had the same cutting problem, but we were always there for each other, always begging the other to stop! I know she still has the blade, I still have mine to be honest. It hurt knowing what she was going to do.

We stopped at the park. I got out of the car and saw Michael standing by his car. I ran up to him, and cried into his chest. "Shhhh babe she's going to be OK!" he told me. "Mike you don't understand!" I cried. "Well...enlighten me!" I looked up at him, and told him everything. Once he was caught up he understood. Cal, Luke and Ash all ran up to us. All of us walked together around the park. "Oh my god!" what I saw internally killed me, like a demon crawled into my soul and murdered what was left. "Nicole?" I walked around the bench to see my bestfriend covered in blood, the blood still pouring out of her wrists. The blade sitting next to her on the bench. "No...no no no NO!" I cried tears streaming down my face, I grabbed her hands, which felt cold. "No, Nicole! Why would you do this?" I asked screaming. "Corynn, she's passed out!" Luke yelled. I kept crying and screaming, hoping it wasn't true. Soon Michael and Ash pried me off of Nicole. Luke picked her up, bridal style, Calum picked up her bag. We all got into the car. "So what should we do now?" Ash asked. "HOSPITAL. NOW!" I screamed from the back, Nicole's body was laying in the back seat, her head resting in my lap.

We drove for what felt like forever, until we reached the hospital. We all ran inside "Help! She fainted! We need help!" Luke shouted. Luke and I had blood all over ourselves, from holding her. It looked as if  WE had done it to her. "Give her here!" a doctor ran into the lobby. We ran into the emergency unit of the hospital. After half an our of sitting in the waiting room pacing the floor, and crying with the guys the doctor came in. "She's taking visitors now..." We all ran past the doctor and tiptoed into Nicole's room. "Nicole?" I asked seeing her lay in the bed. "Corynn?" her voice was soft, and weak. Wires were attached to her arms, leading to a heart monitor. "Oh thank god!" the boys sighed in unision. I ran to her side and hugged her. "What were you thinking? I thought I'd never see you again..." I whispered. "I-I just couldn't take it, the whole thing with Calum, not telling Luke about it. That guiltiness just...ate away at my soul!" she whispered back. "Nicole? Babe?" Luke was behind me, luckily he didn't hear us whispering. "Luke...you're here?" she was surprised. "Of course I am! I'm your boyfriend!" he laughed. "We're all here!" Calum chimed in. "Calum?" "Hey there Nicole!" Calum grabbed her hand. "Uh Calum I know you're glad to see her, but show some respect mate. She's MY girlfriend!" Oh great, this was going to be interesting.
