He lets go of me. Again. For someone else. He's a great man.
"That's the last time, Kate. I promise." I weakly smile at him.
"It's a goodbye kiss, don't worry." And then I hug him once again.
"I'll always be here for you alright? It's just that I won't be around as much anymore." He laughs, yet you know he's still hurting from it.
"Thank you, Daniel."

"Kate." Here we go again. I don't even know why I agreed meeting with him again.
This is the second meeting we had after the drama got released. We were all called by the director for a meeting one time, only to discuss about extending the drama like special episodes or something like it since our drama topped everything and received high rating. A lot were also demanding for more.
"Kate." He repeated. This time, looking directly at me. I stare at him, not saying any word.
"I need to tell you something." It's been months since we seriously talked.
We're at a top most floor of a building, having dinner. Both wearing formal attire.
"A truth." I furrow my brows, quite confused of what he's going to say.
"I was threatened. I left you because I was threatened by my agency. They said they would ruin your career if I didn't break up with you. I knew how much you love acting. I knew that it was your dream. That's why I did that. I left you instead." I stop. It feels like nothing was processed by my brain.
"I'm sorry Kate. I'm sorry for not telling you about this. I'm still waiting for my contract with them to expire. Filing a lawsuit would be so much work. I was also looking for the right time." Shit. He was always the hero in our drama. I never imagined that he would do this much for me. I definitely am the horrible person here.
I hate myself.
"I honestly loved the idea of us being in a drama together. It's just that I didn't know how to face you after what I did."
I couldn't stop my tears from flowing out.
"I never stopped loving you. I never did." That made feel a lot more vulnerable.
No words are coming out of my mouth.
"You're dating Daniel right? I promise for this to be the last meeting I'll ask for—"
"No Jihoon." I cut him off, looking straight at him while wiping my tears. Trying to make my eyes as clear as possible to be able to see him.
"I'm not dating Daniel." Jihoon pauses, looking confused.
There's silence for a moment.
"But weren't you—"
"I still love you."
