i open up the door to reveal Alex

"hey Alex, this is kind of awkward"

"I guess, did David tell you he'd actually be with me?"

"yeah.."

I walk outside to his car

"hey uh Sammy could you do me a favour and take care of bailey tonight, my girlfriend and I are having date night and bailey had a vet appointment"

"sure, I would love to, what type of pet is bailey?"

"bailey is my pet bunny, Emily, my girlfriend is in the car"

he opens his car door and I get in the back

"hey Sam? you're David's new friend right?" Emily asks

"yep, that's me"

Alex turns on the radio and thank u, next starts playing

Emily and Alex start dancing and singing while I giggle in the back

"you guys are really cute together, I hope my first relationship will be like this"

Alex turns the music down and asks

"sammy.. you've never been in a relationship before? how old are you again"

"im 19, I never found the right one to be with, and if I found somebody I'd want to stay with them forever, not just two months"

"what about David?" Emily turns to me and raises her eyebrow

"he's uhm.. okay, but I don't think he's over Liza yet."

"I'm sorry to hear that, but you'll find somebody, you're pretty and you're super nice, any guy would be lucky to have you" Emily smiles

"we're here, also I think Emily is flirting with you Sam" Alex says as we all chuckle

we walk up to the apartment and ended up sitting there for an hour watching Netflix till they had to go

"so just make sure she doesn't disappear and die and also Dom will come around maybe"

"who's Dom?"

"my roommate.. also if you need anything call me with David's phone, okay bye"

"bye!!! have fun!!"

so I just sat there with bailey on my lap and petted her till I fell asleep

"bye Liza!"
 
I sang as I closed her door

we've been trying to get back together for a week now

i grab my phone out and call alex

<he gave Sam his old phone>

he picks up and immediately say

"David, what the fuck"

"what Alex?"

"I'm on a date with Emily"

"oh shit, sorry"

"but if you're looking for sam she's at the apartment"

"okay thanks Alex"

"fuck you again"

he hangs up

I drove to the apartment and found Dom blasting music while smoking weed

"Dom?"

Dom notices me and scurries to turn off the music

"H-h-hi David" he awkwardly laughs

"uh, where's Brinley" I ask

"the girl?"

"yeah, with brown hair?"

"she's in my room"

"uh why?"

"we were partying and she was asleep on the couch so we moved her there"

I make a face of confusion and walk to doms room

I open the door to find her still sleeping soundly

I sit at the bed side and start stroking her silky hair.

she wakes up and I pretended nothing happened

"oh hi david"

she skootches up the bed away from me

"hi brin"

I see bailey pop up from the blankets and snuggling into brinley

"so are you up for dinner?"

"yeah, I'll get postmates as soon as we're back at the house"

"no, I'm talking about actual food, like let's go to the grocery store and cook"

"sure, if that's what you want"

*ring* *ring*

I pick up my phone and it's Scott calling

"hey david, I want to get some content, wanna hang?"

"just come to the target, brinley and I are shopping there"

"sure, I'll bring Kristen"

we drove to target and we met up with Scotty and Kristen.

"hi guys!" brinley smiled

"hi brinley nice to see you again" Scotty says as he hugs her

"Hey brinley, my names Kristen and I'm Scott's girlfriend" Kristen also hugs her

"it seems like everyone's dating someone in the vlog squad except for me" brinley jokes

i awkwardly look at brinley

"silly!! you have me"

I grab her by the shoulder and she flinches in discomfort

"yeah" she awkwardly laughs

"so we're just going to buy a bunch of random shit?" I ask

"no, let's make steak and Caesar salad for tonight" brinley says as she grabs a cart and starts walking to the food section

we all walk to the fruit and veggie section as brinley picks up a head of romaine lettuce

"this will be perfect!" she smiles

she puts it in the cart and looks for sweet potato

"here, I found them" Kristen tells brinley, handing her two sweet potatoes

"thanks K" she says to Kristen

"so have you guys gone on a date yet?" Kristen asks as brinley chokes up

"uh I- w-we aren't attracted to each other like that" I mumble

"hey what's up you guys today we're at target joined with brinley, my boyfriend and Kristen." Scott says to his camera as we laugh

"hi vlog!" I smile

we finished shopping plus filming and went back to our houses. 

"home at last!" I say as I jump on the couch

brinley slowly takes off her shoes and laughs

"okay I'll get started on dinner, go shower or something" she told me

"I'll help" I said as I walk in the kitchen

"Well wash your hands, I don't want your grubby hands on my food" she pouts

"okayyyy"

sorry I haven't updated in literally a year, happy New Years!!

I've just been really torn/broken.
I've had no motivation to do anything for the past months
my boyfriend cheated on me after I wrote chapter 7 so that's why I haven't updated.
I'm sorry and I'll try to do a better job.
I swear I'm happier now and I won't waste time on people that don't care about me.
I love you guys and thanks for staying with me.
