Emily's POV*
"Emily, wake up" I felt Grayson shake my shoulders gently. My eyes slowly fluttered open, noticing that the plane had landed.
"Are we here?" I asked, in a disgusting morning voice. He chuckled. "Yes, we're in Hawaii" he smiled brightly.
I couldn't help but get excited. I squealed, sitting up. Ethan and Madison were waking up, cursing at me to stop squealing.
I rolled my eyes at them. We're finally on Hawaii!

We pulled up at the hotel and we all piled out of the cab. Grayson payed and tipped, as we all grabbed our luggage.
The drive sped off and we all made our way inside the hotel. Ethan payed for the rooms he had booked previously.
"I can't believe we're really in Hawaii Em, this has been our dream since we were like eight years old" she smiled, looking around the hotel lobby.
A wide smile broke out onto my face. "I know right. It feels so surreal" I said and she wrapped her arms around me.
"Thank you, for everything. You're the bestest friend anyone could ever have" she said.
"Stop! You're making me blush" I joked and she rolled her eyes. "You two ready to go?" Grayson asked us.
"Yeah" we both replied, in sync. I took Grayson's hand and we walked towards the elevator.
The doors opened and the four of us stepped in. We got to the fourth floor and all piled out.
"So Gray and Em's room is 204 and ours is 205" Ethan said, handing the keys to Grayson.
Grayson nodded, pulling me towards our room. "I'm really happy we came here Gray" i said as he opened our room. He smiled, allowing me to go in first. "Me too, its good to get away from all the drama back home, especially for Madison" Grayson said as i took a look around the room.
There was a king sized bed, wardrobe, a small kitchen, a tv, and a big bathroom. So far i was enjoying this vacation. "So, I was thinking I could take you on a date tonight" Grayson said from behind me, causing me to turn around.
I grinned. "Sounds good to me" I pecked his cheek. "But first we need to go to the pool, i want to see your cute little ass in those swim trunks" I smirked at him.
He laughed loudly. "Gosh, you are so weird Emily"

We got dinner with Madison and Ethan and I couldn't have asked for a better night.
I was happy to see Madison enjoying herself and laughing. She hasn't done that in a while.
Grayson told me he wanted to take me somewhere after dinner, so my mind was racing the whole time.
After the waiter cleared all of our plates up, Grayson payed and we went our separate ways.
He took my hand, leading my to the beach. I laughed, swinging our hands back and forth.
"Do you remember when he first met?" Grayson asked me.
"Of course, wasn't exactly the smoothest but how could I forget" I admitted, causing him to giggle.
"I remember seeing you on that bench and thinking, fuck she's hot." he says as I smile to myself. "I remember thinking the exact same thing." I tell him as we both come to a stop.
He turns me to face him. Now face to face, he looks deep into my eyes without saying a word. I feel myself blush as he takes my two hands into his
"And ever since that day Emily I knew that you were the one that I wanted, everything about you was so perfect and you weren't even trying, usually I'm pissed at Ethan for running off without telling me but how could I be, because I met you, and I have never loved anyone and much as I love you Emily, and I never plan on it..."
As those words leave his mouth I can feel myself beginning to tear up. He's being so fucking sweet right now and I've never had this with someone before.
"From the way you talk to the way you walk, I just love everyone single part of you and every day I pinch myself because it doesn't feel real. When everything was going on with Brianna and we couldn't see each other that killed me, not being able to see your smile, not being able to touch you. It was the worst feeling in the world and I never wanted to feel something like that ever again, but the night when we had that fight and everything went down with your dad it was like that all over again, I thought that I was never going to be able to do those things ever again and it ate me up inside that it was partly my fault..."
He says as his eyes begin to get glossy, as do mine."I never blamed you Grayson." I say as I wipe the tears from his cheek.
"I know but I blamed myself, and I probably always will but that's ok because I have you now and that's all I've ever wanted, we are here together in Hawaii and we have those two shit heads with us" he says obviously talking about mads and Ethan.
The thought of Grayson blaming himself for all this broke my heart but he was right, we have each other and that's all that should matter right now.
"I fucking love you Grayson" I say pulling him in for a kiss. "I fucking love you more Emily, and that is why I brought u here today, I wanted to give you something"
My heart starts to race as he takes a small cube like box out of his pocket. He opens it revealing a golden ring with small writing on it that I couldn't quite read.
"It's a promise ring..." Grayson says as he begins to blush. I smile and take it out of the box taking in every detail of the ring. He takes it from my hands and slides it onto my ring finger.
"Think of this as a temporary ring, until I put the real one on there." He explains to me. "And here's my one" he says taking out the same ring but slightly bigger
I take it from his hands and slide it onto his finger. "Whenever we look at these rings, they'll remind us that we'll always be there for each other and I hope it reminds you of my promise to never stop loving you." He adds.
"I'll never stop loving you either" I say as I pull him into a hug and kiss him passionately.
The sun is just setting so we move up the beach a bit to where we can see it fully and we both sit down
I rest my head on his shoulder and he puts his on top of mine as we enjoy the view and each others company.
I know I said it before, but now I really mean it. I seriously think that nothing can get better than this very moment.
