When I finally got home, no one was there. Well I mean no one ALIVE was there. Evan was sitting at the kitchen counter like he was my dad and I was coming home after curfew. I half expected him to ask, where have you been young lady? I saw a note right beside him and read it through different murmurs. Basically, dad's not home because he has a business meeting to attend to and probably won't get home until the early morning. Great, now I'm stuck in a house with two maniacs and no where to go. "Anna?! Are you even listening to me!?" I forgot that Evan was talking. "Why did you have detention and why are those girls picking on you? Answer me or you will...." He's probably thinking of a good consequence. "Or you will regret it!" There it is, the best punishment ever. " Ugh.... I'm going out." My head was pounding I needed to leave. " No you're not!" Lucas chimed in. " We're coming with you" They still haven't figured out that I want to get away from them. " Just leave me alone!" I blurted out, they just don't get it. All I heard we're two "people" yelling at me. "ENOUGH!!!!" I screamed, that shut them up real quick. I never scream, ever. "And don't follow me, as my guardians you must respect my wishes. And my wish is to get away from you guys for a minute. Please......." I shut the door and bolt. All I could think of is that I needed to find a place to go, somewhere almost abandoned-"That's it!" I ran towards the nearest 7/11. I open the door and hear the little bell jingle as I step into the store. I walked the small isles. There it is, sour gummy worms, my favorite. I reach for the bag and find someone else's hand already there. I look up and see the most beautiful girl I've ever seen in my life. We make eye contact and we both freeze. The store doesn't exist anymore and neither do any of my worries. Her blue eyes shined in the fake light of the store. Something deep in my heart exploded. She was so adorable and amazing." H-hi." She sounded a little flustered. "Hi, uh. My names Anna." She seems, really happy. " My name is Aubrey." Aubrey, what a wonderful name and her voice is like a sweet honey. I don't know what we talked about but we were in there for about an hour and a half. I checked my phone," Sorry, I have to leave." I really didn't want to go, she was so amazing. " Hey, before you go. C-can I have your number?" YES!!!! SCORE!!! "Sure" she hands me her phone and I put it in. She calls me immediately so that she can set up my number. I set up hers and we leave. Wow, just, wow. The way she tucked her hair behind her ear and her eyes and voice and personality. She's super funny and got all of my jokes and she is just so perfect."Wait, am I a lesbian?" No way, I like guys. Oh who am I kidding. I'm head over heels for this girl. I get home and ignore Lucas and Evan. I just love her so much. Her beautiful brown hair and her cute skinny body. Oh I'm definitely gay and I don't care.
