"Are you ready?" Nate asks me as I'm looking at my house for one last time.
I take a walk around the now empty house that was once filled with my furnitures and my maids.
Today is the day in where I have sold my mansion. I really don't care about the house, it brings me bad memories and I'm not gonna miss this house because I was the only woman in here until Nate got here, but even if he was here, I still felt alone.
The hard thing about me was having to fire the woman who was always here for me and trying her best for me to avoid having problems with myself and would try to bring my emotions up, Sandra.
"Hey, Ester, I know you're gonna miss this house but, the property management wants the keys now." Nate pats my shoulder as he walks outside.
I let out a big air out of my nostrils and join Nate as he's talking to one of the people that came to take the house.
"Here's the keys." I give the keys to the man dressed up in a suit as he gives me a warm smile.
"Thank you so much ma'am, I think we can take it from here. Have a nice day." He says, walking off into the house.
Nate wraps an arm around my shoulder, rubbing my arm in comfort, "it's finally done. You did it."
"Yeah, but I never want to see this house again. Never want to remember the memories that happened inside the house." I look up at the roof.
"That's good."

SAN FRANCISCO

"Regina, we need to talk. Meet me at the cafe in fifteen minutes." I hang up before she even speaks and drive off to where I told her to meet up.

"Now, what?" She rudely asks sitting down.
"I'm moving, Regina." I bluntly say taking out a joint and light it up, puffing out a big smoke of air.
"What?! You can't. The court said —"
"I don't care what the court says. I'll fix it with them after I move and they can't force me to live here forever just for you." I inhale the end of the joint and smoke out.
"But it's for our son, Nate." She says.
"My son, Regina. Remember when you treated him badly and said that you wished you gave him up for adoption?" I refresh her mind as she gulps down, looking to the side.
"Why did you even took half custody of him, huh? You don't even love him." I was thinking about this the whole time I moved here into why she would make this decision when she has a cold heart towards him.
"Because I thought that if I had Carlitos and that if we would be seeing each other every week, we would have a connection again with each other." She puts her hand on top of mine as I look down at it caressing mine, "Nate, I'm still in love with you."
This is the last time I'm falling for her trap ever again.
I stand up immediately sliding my hand off of her, and lean down to her, for only to hear herself what I'm about to say.
"I'm not in love with you, Regina. I'm in love with Ester Valverde and if you can't accept the fact that we're gonna live together and get married and love each other for the rest of our lives, then leave Carlitos and I's life alone. For good." I leave her off alone and to pay the drinks, while I leave back home where my family is at.

"Baby, where should we live thought if we're going back to Omaha? Like what town?" I ask Ester as she's folding Carlitos clothes meanwhile I'm in my laptop, searching for houses for sale, but don't know where.
"I don't know. Boys Town, La Vista, Papillion?" She guesses since those towns have the most beautiful houses for a great family like us.
"Mhmm...so, what? Papillion, it is?" I ask searching for houses in Papillion.
"I mean whichever house they have that's for us, then we'll live there." She sits down next to me looking at the screen as I scroll down.
"Well my parents live at the off base army unit so, we should live maybe closer there so we can be dropping off Carlitos and have our own nights alone." I wiggle my eyebrows and smirk as she pushes my shoulder, chuckling?
"Well, maybe we could but, are there any houses close there?" She asks as I search more houses.
"Ooh, what about this one? Oh my God, this is so beautiful. Look at the backyard, and they have a pool! We have to get this one." She points at a navy blue house with two floors and a big, wide glass window in the front entrance and a big driveway with two garages.
"Yeah, you're right. We should contact the owner." I pull out my phone, and dial the number as it rings through my ear.
"Hello?" A man asks from the other line.
"Yes, hello. My name is Nate Maloley and I'm interested in the house you're selling."

1 MONTH LATER
"Gosh, I can't believe you guys are moving." Sherry says through video chat as the rest are huddled up behind her.
"I know. And we just want to start a new, fresh life. I'm gonna miss you guys. We're gonna be so far away from each other and now we won't be seeing each other everyday. Oh, and Dylan! I'm not going to be able to see him grow up during the time." I say, pouting.
"What about us?" Sam gets in front of the camera, blocking everyone behind.
"You guys are already too old to be getting watched how y'all grow up." I laugh.
"When are you guys moving, though?" Dillon pushes Sam out.
"In three days. We're still packing things and delivering our stuffs to the company that'll send all of our furniture and clothes." Nate speaks for me as I pull Carlitos in my lap.
"Mhmm, welp, have a good trip and we'll be seeing each other again in a few years." Dillon says leaving the camera as we now see everyone.
"Tell us when you'll get there so that we can plan a visit over there." John says.
"Of course, Dad. We'll do."
"Alright, son. Well, we'll be leaving you guys alone to continue packing up things."
"Bye, grandpa!" Carlitos waves at the camera, cheesing wide.
"Bye, Carlitos. I'll be seeing you soon." John tells him.
We all say our goodbyes and hang up before continuing our packing.
"Let's take a break, and go out to eat." Nate's voice echoes through the hallway.
"Yeah, sure! I'll just change up."
