Chapter 5

"Aiden and Charlotte sitting in a tree K I S S I N G!" Julie and Autumn chanted as they jumped back and forth on our beds.

"STOP IT!!!" I yell. "I wasn't blushing! My face just naturally turns into a light shade of red" I mumbled. It's really obvious that I was blushing.  I mean who would take that excuse. 

"Yeah. Okay, whatever you say Charlotte. " Julie says as she rolls her eyes.

"So what if I was blushing, it's just a god damn blush! No need to make a big deal about it. " I said starting to get annoyed.

"What do you mean?! Of course I'm going to make a big deal out of this! You haven't had a boyfriend since sophomore year, which only lasted a few months. "  Julie said. You see I'm not big in the relationship department, but I've had a few boyfriends here and there. I've been single for 3 years. I just need somebody to love.....Woah. I just quoted a Justin Bieber song. Okay, let's not.

"Hello! Earth to Charlotte!" Autumn says as she waves her hand in my face.

"Oh sorry, what?" I say as I shake my head out of my thoughts.

"We're going to the mall." Julie says as she fixes her hair in the mirror.

"What? Why? I haven't taken a shower yet!!!" I said as I stood up from my bed.

"Fine! Go take a shower, but hurry we're going to get new clothes for school." Julie said.

"Yeah okay" I went through my drawers until I found something cute to wear. I chose to wear my faded high-waisted jeans with a red plaid shirt.

"Ooooh! Let's go to Forever 21, then we'll head to the food court. " Autumn says as she makes her way inside the store.

"But I'm tired. " I say.

"Well, suck it up because this will take a while" Julie said as she walked away from me. I groaned and reluctantly followed them inside. I've bought a few things, but compared to Julie and Autumn, I wasn't even close. They were carrying like a billion bags in each hand, I mean are they the Hulk twins or something? If they are, that means I'm a superhero!!! Superman! Or Batman! Spiderman! I'll be superman, or SUPERWOMAN TO THE RESCUE! I saw Juilie and Autumn going through the racks as I sat in a chair near the fitting rooms. Just gotta relax.

"Charlie! Get your lazy ass off that chair!" Julie exclaims. I obeyed, and sat into the chair next to it.

"Charlie! I don't want your butt on any of those chairs." Julie says as she pointed to the chairs around me. I obeyed once again, and sat on the floor.

"I don't know what i'm going to do with you." she mutters.

"Hey! I'm obeying, you just gotta be more specific." Julie- 0 : Me- 1

"Don't you want new clothes for school. You got to impress the boys. Especially Aiden" she says as she muttered the last part. I felt my cheeks heat up.

"Hey! I heard that!"

"Well?"

"Fine!" I stood up and dusted the imaginary dust on my pants. I headed towards the racks of clothing. Oh what to wear. No, no, no,uhhhh, no,  I thought as I went through the rack. There's nothing I like! Well, maybe I can just sneak out of this store, go to the food court, and come back when they're trying clothes on. Perfect.  I made my way towards a rack of clothes near the entrance. Once I made it there, I pretended to look through the clothes. Just a bit more. I looked around, and made my way through the entrance. Mission ac-

"CHARLIE! COME BACK HERE!" Julie yelled. Mission failed. What can I say? I don't really like shopping. I made my way towards Julie looking down. My shoes really look interesting.  They're white, white, and oh did I say white? Cause they are white. Since I wasn't paying attention,  I ran into someone. I looked up to see a blonde girl who looks like a clown and was wearing slutty clothes. I think she's going to a haunted house themed strip club. Yeah that's it.

"Watch where you're going" the girl said. I muttered a sorry, and made my way around her as quickly as possible.  I cannot stand to look at her. If I look at her one more time im gonna get nighmares. Okay, I might've been exaggerating,  but she looks like a clown. I can't lie there.

"Where were you going to go?" Autumn states.

"To the food court" Julie and I reply in sync. We look at each other and smile. She just knows me too well.

"You're hungry?" Autumn asks.

"Hungry is an understatement.  Im starving. " I said as I rub my tummy.

"We should get going then. We'll just pay these, and head to the food court. You do not want to see a grouchy Charlie" Julie said as she pulled Autumn away and walked towards the other side of the store.

"That was exhausting.  I can't even walk" I said once we made it to our dorm. We finally came home after a day of shopping. I bought a few things, not that exciting but it's clothes nevertheless.

"That's what you say every time we go shopping Charlie" Julie said with an eye roll.  It was just Julie and I. We said our goodbyes to Autumn when we got on campus. She said she needed to do things before tomorrow. Tsk tsk tsk. Geeky Autumn.

"Well, im gonna go night night, cause this little girl is tired, and I need my sleep" I said with a yawn.

"Me too" Julie said as she slid into her bed. I change into my pjs, brush my teeth, and flicked the light switch

"Goodnight Jewels!"

"Goodnight Charlie! Don't let me stop you from dreaming about Aiden!!"

And this is just the beginning........

A/N: CARROTS!!! Did that catch your attention?  Anyways I have finally updated. I started school a few weeks ago, and they give us a lot of homework.  I mean c'mon,  I already have a project due this month. Other than that today its Niall's birthday,  and yesterday was Connor's. If you didn't know, Connor is a YouTuber and Niall is from a band named One Direction. Yeah!! They grow up so fast :(
