Chapter 10: National Rira Day [Pt.3]

After their picnic, they begin to walk in the direction of their house because the sun is settling, which means it's the beginning of the evening.

As Ira and Rachel walked down the sidewalk, they were greeted by the new, evil, yandere mercenare...

Mai....

They both stopped and looked at Mai in anger. "Mai!" Rachel shouted. Mai waved. "¡Hola comrades!" Ira stepped in front of Rachel. "What are you doing here?" Mai's hair was in 2 long twin braids.

"Oh, just enjoying the evening sky~" Mai said as she looked up at the sky.

Rachel walked a few steps up so she was side by side with Ira. "You had better not be planning another attack..." Mai twirls. "Hmmm... maybe..." Mai looked at her left and saw a lady walking with groceries. "A lovely target~" Mai pointed her finger towards the lady and zaps her with dark energy.

The lady screams in pain and she falls to the ground as a black heart has been pulled out of her chest. Mai had the heart in her hand and began saying,

"COME OUT DISTAIN! SHOW YOURSELF!"

The heart grew bigger and bigger until it finally exploded and turned into a milk carton distain.

"DISTAIN!" The milk-carton distain said. Rachel groaned. "Wow, AND on OUR day!"

"I know right?" Rory has come from behind and turned into her glitter pact.

Ira and Rachel fought side by side. It wasn't a strong distain , so they defeated it fast. Mai growler. "I'll get you next time, Glitter Diamond!" Glitter Diamond scoffs. "Doubt it." Mai teleports away.

Rachel goes back to normal and then falls back because the distain wore out a quarter of her energy. Ira catches her and smirks. "Thanks..." she said Rachel sat up.

"Let's go, my shiny diamond." Ira took her hand. They walked together back to their house.

They arrived at their big home. Ira had to look at it from an angle. "I forgot you had such a big house." Ira said. "Hey, yeah. My mom and dad worked hard for it." They went inside. "I'm hungry, Rachel. Can you cook me some food?" Rachel hesitates. "Thanks!" Before Rachel could reply, Ira flew up the stairs. Rachel sighed and began cooking the dish Maya's dad told her.

Minutes later, the two dishes are done. She grabbed the two of them and walked up the stairs and to her bedroom. She opens the door and found Ira on the ceiling staring dead at me. It kinda startled her, but she shook it off.

"The hell, Ira?! You scared me!"

Ira was laughing. "Sorry. Ooh, that smells good." Rachel places his omelet and her omelet on her desk.  Ira flew down to the desk. "Can you spoon feed me, like you did last time?" Rachel giggles. "I'm pretty sure your arm is much better."
"Oh, please?!" He pleaded with puppy-eyes. Rachel couldn't stand his puppy-eyes(in a sympathetic way).  Rachel sighs and smiles. "Okay, fine." Ira claps. He sits on the chair and Rachel took her spoon and said, "Here comes the airplane!" Rachel made plane noises and in the spoon went. Ira felt like a baby being spoon fed baby food.

This went on for a few minutes and they both finished because Rachel ate hers as she fed Ira. "I'm surprised WE were still hungry after the picnic." Ira chuckles. "Same." Ira floats in the air. He yawns. "I'm pooped."
