I.O.I reunion

Flashbackeu~

I couldn't believe what Mnet prepared for MAMA Japan and I was beyond excited. 

It's been a few months since IOI disbanded and we've all be doing our own activities with some of the girls debuting in groups over the course of the year and some even went solo like Chungha.

But, Mnet wanted us to reunite for the show and perform our debut song, "Pick Me" and the girls would be joining us along with their groups: PRISTIN, Weki Meki and even some of the newer groups: Fromis 9, Idol School Class 1 and the Japanese girl group, AKB48.

None of the boys knew about this because I wanted to surprise them, we had practiced in advance and we just needed to work on stage spacing. 

"I MISSED YOU GUYS!" I screamed, hugging my unnies for the first time in months. 

It was tearful reunion and it was going to feel weird performing an IOI song after we disbanded. It was a performance fans would love and I was excited to see the boys dance to the song. 

The producers said the Fromis 9 and Idol School would be going right while the others (excluding AKB48) would be to the side where all the idols would sit. 

Then, AKB48 would rise up and we would do the dance after the chorus but then we also had to dance to an AKB48 song so there was a lot to do on this stage but I couldn't wait.

Flashback ended~

That was my week and half gone by as I had disappeared backstage to get ready to climb up those stairs when the music started playing as a producer fixed my microphone and left to attend to the other girls.

I changed out of my original award outfit into a red and white outfit to match the girls since I'd be an odd one out if I didn't

I stayed crouched beside the stairs as the lights turned off for a moment until "Pick Me" started playing, causing the fans to scream and we piled onto the stage, hurrying to get into positions.

They placed in right in the front beside Yoojung as we smiled at each other before dancing to the music, I could hear SEVENTEEN's cheers of surprise as I danced before separating, heading towards the idols.

Nayoung and I looked at each other before giggling a little, I smiled at her as the chorus plays out to everyone as I see some of the boys dancing to the music.

Now, let me be clear, they have NEVER EVER [a/n: never ever, never gonna let you go...] seen me dance to an IOI song before so this was new to them and the breakdown was coming as AKB48 came up onto the stage.

"I want you to pick me..."

Everyone cheered in surprise as we danced, the boys kept chanting my name over and over again along with the cringes sayings known to mankinds.

"THAT'S OUR DONGSAENG!!"
"YOU'RE MAKING APPA PROUD!! THAT'S MY BABY!!", typical S.Coups.
"LOOK AT MY AEGI GO!! THAT'S MY AEGI!", shut up Jeonghan!

Eventually, we stopped and started performing to AKB48's song, this was going to be the death of me. I hated dancing cutely, it made me want to bleach my eyes out but I had no choice so I stood beside Nayoung and Jieqoing as we danced.

The boys were definitely enjoying me dancing to AKB48's song and I have to admit, it was pretty catchy as I danced, and I was enjoying dancing to this song. 

Some sexy parts and we were all singing together so my Japanese skills were coming in pretty handy despite the fact I usually butcher the language. 

The hardest thing was being in sync with the girls as we danced, it was tough and the song finished just for another one to play so we had to run towards the main stage as I stood in the front beside an AKB48 girl.

It was a really fun stage to be part of and the AKB48 girl I stood by, we were laughing at ourselves as we sang to the other song, there was so many times I wanted to scream, "HELP ME OPPAS!" but I held it in.

As we sang and danced, there was a lot of cute dance moves used so I did my best as the fans cheered for us and I heard some of the fans chanting my name which I returned with a hand heart and caused them to get louder.

It had finally finished as we all said, "WOAH..." before the lights turned off and we used each other to get down the stairs, it was a long stage and it was longest stage I've ever been on for an award show.

"Holy shoot, I'm so tired." I panted, wiping my sweat away as I saw some of the girls standing beside a fan and I joined them, holding onto Doyeon. 

I also had a performance with NU'EST W and my group so I was exhausted to say the least as I nearly fainted if it wasn't for Aron and Ren holding me up at the end. 

"Good job, Eunyoung-ah." they whispered as they guided me down the stairs back to a dressing room where I rested for the rest of the show and we even obtained an award, "Best Male Group Dance" and I was pleased but didn't go up since I was tired.

After the show~

"I could hear your stupid chants." I grumble, climbing into the car as Manager-Doogi drove us back to the airport back to Korea since we wouldn't be attending the last MAMAs. 

But Vernon would since he had a stage with some idols so he would be the only one going so he was going on a separate flight, sitting with Monsta X and Manager-Doogi would go with him as our staff would fly back with us expect a few stylists. 

"You looked so cute dancing, Eunyoung!" squealed DK as I rolled my eyes. 

"That will be the last you'll ever see me dance so cutely. I only did that because I had to and it was a stage." I grunted, folding my arms while pouting.

"Aw, you enjoyed it didn't you?" they were trying to rile me up and they all know if I'm tired then I'm acting like I'm on my bloody mary (my period). 

[A/N] well that one was longer than expected but hey, i'm trying to update all my member books before the year ends so expect another update.

anyway, thank you for your support and the next chapter will be that chapter, that sad chapter so bring out your tissues boys and girls because it will get really sappy.
