2. Lions In Space?

Amber was able to control the lion, finally. She grabbed the controls and landed quiet roughly where everyone fell. "Is everyone okay?" Penny asked. A bunch of 'yeahs' came from the others. "Where are we?" Spencer asked. "New Altea..." Laine muttered. Tara raised an eyebrow, "New what?" Laine sighed, "New Altea. You know the story dont you? When Allura sacrificed herself a new planet, much like Altea, appeared. So the paladins called it New Altea." Amber frowned, "Oh yeah. But why did Blue take us here?" Spencer smiled, "My dad, Lance, is here right now!" Penny looked around, "Then let's find him!" They all agreed and ran out the lion...to find him looking around.

"D-Dad?" Spencer croaked out. Lance looked the kids' way. "Spencer? Oh my! Spencer!" Lance ran over and hugged his daughter. He released her and looked at the group, "Why are you guys here. And who are you guys..again?" Laine sighed, "Laine Griffin, nice to meet you." Amber raised an eyebrow at Laine, "I thought your last name was Kogane." Laine shushed her, "Long story." Penny smiled, "I'm Penny Holt-Kogane!" Tara nodded her head, "Tara Shirogane." Amber looked at Lance, "I'm Amber Kogane." Lance nodded, "I remember meeting all of you, but Laine, before..I never met any Griffins but James..is he your father?" Laine just nodded. "I thought Keith was your- oof!" Amber got elbowed by Laine. "Why are you guys here? And with Blue?" Lance asked again, a serious look on his face. So, Spencer explained how they were at the Garrison minding their own business, then suddenly Blue crash landed on Earth, and how they ended up here. "Well then, Amber..I guess you're Blue's new pilot..huh." Amber nodded. "But," Lance said, "Why did Blue come? What happened to the poor lion?" The kids all shrugged. "Come, Coran is here. I'll take you guys to see him."

As the group walked towards the castle, the kids stopped and looked at the Allura statue. "Amazing, huh?" Lance asked. "Yeah.." they all said in awe. Lance told them what she did to the exact before having them hurry so they can talk to Coran.

Coran welcomed the kids. "What are you guys doing so far into space?" Lance explained everything. "B-But Allura, she made sure no trouble were to.." Coran muttered. "Seems like a galra rebellion." A new voice echoed. Everyone turned to see Keith Kogane, ex paladin of the red and black lion. "Keith?" Lance asked. "Dad?" Amber and Penny ask at the same time. Keith looked at his daughters, including Laine. "What are you guys doing out here?" Coran sighed, "Keith. What do you mean galr rebellion." Keith bit his lip, "Kolivan and Krolia have been getting notes saying a new generation is arising, and since Voltron is no more.." He trailed off. "Amber here piloted Blue. Maybe it's time to reform Voltron." Lance says. "I don't want them at risk." Coran sighed, "Keith. It's time to let go of being a paladin and let someone else take lead." The half-galra nodded. "That's right. But what about the other lions?" Suddenly a loud boom was heard outside the castle.

OKAY! Hi! I'm so sorry I haven't posted this chapter yet! I said I was going to post this before 2018 ended- woops. This was short, sorry. I'm super busy and didn't have much time. I'm hoping to post the next chapter soon- Till then, happy flying!
