Taehyung's P.O.V.

I was gone.

I couldn't see anything but darkness.

Does this mean I'm dead?

If I am dead, at least I ended everyone's pain. I was their pain. The pain I caused amongst the members of Bangtan and Y/n was unforgivable.

My death is nearly enough.

I hope Y/n has a good life, gets married and has kids. Maybe I'll even come back as one of them.

"Please help, I have a injured woman at hand. She was stabbed. Her wound is fatal. Please help, over here!" Chanyeol pleaded, choking out. He was on the brink of tears at the sight of Y/n turning pale.

She was put onto a stretcher and rushed to the emergency room for surgery. The doctors stitched the stab wound, stopping the flow of blood that was detrimental towards her life.

Chanyeol had waited about three hours with hopes of Y/n surviving. He regret every single thing he had ever done for it to come down to this moment where the one person he suddenly cared for experienced trauma. He put his face in his hands, releasing a stressful sigh.

A doctor walked down the corridor to stop at Chanyeol, clearing her throat. "Are you the guardian of L/n Y/n?"

He looked up at her, getting up and bowing.

"I am. Please, is she okay?"

The doctor sighed. "Yes, she is. We stitched her wound and she is fine. She may have back pain, though. It will take about one month for her to heal, but meanwhile it wont stop her from her every day routine. That's all. You can go see her in room D109."

"Thank you so much for saving her life." Chanyeol bowed as the doctor bowed back. He carried his long legs towards D109, opening the door to see an awake Y/n.

"I'm guessing you all six are here regarding Kim Taehyung?" The doctor said, his voice laced with anxiousness.

"Yes, we are. May you inform us of him?" Namjoon anticipated. The others nodded in response.

"I'm sorry to say this...but he is in critical condition."

"Is he alive though?! Get to the point," Yoongi spat. Jin held him back, scowling at his behavior.

The doctor averted his eyes back to Namjoon, nodding. "He is alive. But he is in critical condition due to the impact of the stab wound directly in his stomach. Normally, it wouldn't have been such criticality but it is due to him having D.I.D. He must've experienced the stab wound mid-persona switch. He is unconscious right now. It is unknown of when he'll wake up and when or how long it will take for him to heal. You can visit him in room D110."

"THANK GOD, THANK YOU," Jungkook yelped, throwing himself on the doctor who was confused. The doctor then walked away after bowing.

"Our Taehyungie is alive!" Jimin said, embracing Jungkook.

"You two are celebrating when the doctor said he is unconscious and we don't know when or if he'll wake up," Yoongi gnawed.

"You always have something to say. Shut up before I knock you back to Daegu," Jin shouted, hitting his head. Yoongi sighed.

"So it is true he had D.I.D. Do you think he let himself get stabbed to get rid of it?" Hoseok asked, nibbling on his bottom lip.

"I think so. What a pabo (fool) ! Even though we only saw one side of him, we still care for him. I really hope he wakes up. We can't lose him, nor can Y/n," Namjoon said, running his hand through his hair.
