Once upon a time, a long time ago....

Just kidding. That would be too simple. Not very long ago, I was sent on a mission. What was that mission, you might ask? That mission was to spy on Planet Earth. Not the earth literally, but the beings on it. My mission was to see what similarities and differences they have to my kind. What threats they might possibly possess. My kind is different than the beings on earth. We look quite similar, except the fact that my kind has an extra eyeball on the back of our heads, and an extra toe on our heels on our left feet. I know, that’s probably not what you were expecting an alien to look like. When people hear the word alien, they think of ridiculous creatures that have strange features, for example, lots of everything; arms, legs, eyes, ect. But that’s not true, well, at least for my kind it isn’t. We don’t have hair but either than those differences, we look a lot like the earth beings. My name is Zandriana. I am 236 years old. My kind hardly ages. I am agent 675. Yes, that is the amount of agents we currently have, and yes, I am the last agent. Does that mean I’m the least important? Yes. I always find a way to screw everything up. I was the last hope for the Planet Earth mission. All the other agents were already on mission. Yea I know, 674 missions were on the go. We are curious, and destructive, creatures. All of the agents are female. All of the soldiers are male. We believe that the females are stealthy, while the males are destructive. The females scope out planets to blow up, or anything we could possibly destroy and the males blow it up. Anyways, back to mission Planet Earth. I was sent on the mission as a last resort. I was so excited that I FINALLY got to go on a mission! My goal for the mission is to find out everything I can about the earth beings. I need to find out what they eat, how they get their food, what kind of currency they use, and finally, how they develop relationships. They prepared the safest space craft for me to depart with. They don’t trust me enough to let me steer myself, so they have auto-pilot on. My kind cant breath on earth, so our scientists designed a special bracelet that I wear that gives me the stuff I need to breath in an invisible bubble that surrounds me. I am given clothing that matches the style of the earth beings. They also give me this strange hat-type thing that has these weird nylon threads that are attached and hanging from it. The scientists called it a ‘wig’. They said that most people on earth had hair. They gave me the ‘wig’ so I wouldn’t stand out. I put on the clothing and the wig. The clothing they gave me was a flowery dress that comes just above my knees. I put on the shoes they gave me. They shoes are yellow wedges. They’re actually quite cute. The beings on earth have a pretty good taste in clothing. The wig was a brownish red colour. It was medium length with bangs that go across my forehead. I was all ready to go. My parents met me in-front of the space craft. “You look absolutely horrid.” My father said to me. “You look like...” He said trailing off, not knowing what to compare me to. “An earth being?” I suggested, considering that is what I’m supposed to look like. “Sure.” He said. “You make sure you’re careful on earth dear, you don’t want to get emotionally attached. You know what will happen if you do.” “I know dad.” I said. If I get emotionally attached to something, or someone, on earth I will be stuck there. I exchange good-byes with my parents and get ready to take off. I climbed into the space craft and took my seat. Time to sit back and relax. The space craft starts up and counts down till my take off. Ten, nine, eight. I sighed and closed my eyes. I hate take offs. Seven, six, five, four. I rubbed my temples; I feel a headache coming on. Three, two, one. The space craft shot upwards, crushing me against my seat. I looked out the window and waved to my parents and the others watching me. They looked kind of nervous. They don’t trust that I can do this mission. I think I can.
