Tim's POV

To watch her run from the car upset me; as big headed and egotistical as it was I thought that I had done something to upset her, I removed the keys from the ignition and headed into the house,

"Smith!" I heard Elise say from the sitting room as I enter the house,

"Yeah" I popped my head around the corner into the sitting room,

"What did you do?" she asked concerned,

"I didn't do anything we were on the beach just talking and we got to talking about her ex... Craig I think it was and she got really really upset" I replied,

"Oh no baby I think you should go and speak to her" Elise said looking at her wife; I watched as Sarah left the room,

"Come, take a seat Tim" Elise said to me; doing as she said I went and sat beside her,

"You have to understand that when Francesca split up with Craig it didn't exactly end the way she would have wanted it"

"I can understand that" I said,

"She was with Craig for quite a while and she found him cheating on her with a guy; now I can't imagine you knowing what that is like but I can; the pain and the anguish right now she just needs someone to hold her and tell her everything is going to be okay" she smiled at me,

"She's really done it" I heard Sarah walk back in the room,

"Can I go and see her?" I asked sheepishly,

"You could doesn't mean she'll speak to you she wouldn't speak to me" Sarah replied as she sat back down on the sofa beside Elise,

"Okay well I'm going to go and see how she is then I'm going to bed" I smiled before excusing myself and walking up the stairs; approaching her bedroom door I knocked slightly on the door,

"Go away please I don't want to speak to anyone" I heard her sniff from behind her closed door,

"Francesca please can I come in" I heard her sniff again,

"Please Tim; just leave me alone" I heard her say,

"Sorry Francesca; I'll see you in the morning" I moped back to my room and headed for the shower and then for bed.

~Next Morning~

When I woke up I dressed for work; I pulled on a pair of jeans and a shirt topped it off with a tie and headed down for breakfast,

"Morning guys" I smiled taking a seat at the table,

"Morning Tim" Sarah said as she handed me a cup of coffee,

"How's Francesca this morning?" I asked,

"Francesca is still a little upset I think she just needs a little cheering up" Elise said,

"Erm, I'm gonna head for work; could you tell Francesca to come and see me at lunchtime in the gym please?" they both nodded at me as I headed for work; on the way to work I stopped at the nearest shop and picked up some things for lunch for Francesca and I. Once I got to work I headed for the gym and spoke to Mr. Brunnington,

"Hey Michael" I said,

"Tim what can I do to help you" he said,

"Could I use the gym at lunch time please I have a friend who is a little down in the dumps and I thought I would surprise her with a nice dinner" I said,
