three (sympathy)

the situation in which jeongin found himself in was by no means expected. hyunjin was almost a stranger to him but he suddenly asked him to go for a walk.

isn't that highly suspicious? that's something a very dumb kidnapper would do. but that's my neighbor. he isn't like that, is he?

despite his uncertainty, he agreed.
it was not like he wanted nothing to do with hyunjin.

the two of them had been walking side by side for a few minutes but since nobody dared to speak, these minutes had been very quiet.

as they sat on the bench and talked they began to open up to each other.
they told each other stories and laughed together.

after a while jeongin got tired because it was already 11pm. he was glad that he informed his mother.
when he started yawning, hyunjin chuckled. "you're so cute"

jeongin's heart beat faster.
