The year is 1999 and music is amazing there's a Latin boom going on and it's the best time to be a fan of music. While everyone is just noticing Latin Music I have been enjoying it for five years. Selena has been gone for four years now and every year it gets harder but this year really stings. To see people like Jennifer Lopez, Ricky Martin and Marc Anthony enjoy their success it all because of artists like Selena and Gloria Estefan who came before them to make the journey easier.
While everyone was enjoying the Latin boom I was enjoying Selena and her latest release All My Hits/ Todos Mis Exitos which is the fifth CD release since her death. I wanted even though I had all the songs on the CD. That was also I got Selena third CD which is Entre A Mi Mundo (Enter My World) and 12 Super Exitos which is a greatest hit CD. Plus on top of getting three new CD to add to my growing Selena collection I got Todos Mis Exitos on tape on VHS which contain all of her music videos first time on VHS.
I play the VHS tape a lot because I have really never since all of Selena video so it was a very exciting time for me as a fan. I was one lucky girl to get so much Selena things in one year. My total CD count comes to eight.

The live & 17 super CD's I don't remember what year I got them but I remember I got them together. I enjoy have a Selena party in my room every weekend because I had enough CD's. My my two most played CD at the time was 17 super Exitos and her live CD. I love hearing her sing live her energy was crazy live.
