Monkey D. Luffy from One Piece

Small anime description: One piece is an anime for those who crave shows of action and suspense. The storyline in short is a young boy, Monkey D. Luffy, sets out on a hunt for a treasur; The One Piece. Along the way he develops a pirate who call themselves the Straw Hat Pirates. Over the course of the anime, The Straw Hats run into many problems and snags in the journey to find The One Piece.

Power: Luffy has what you would call a rubber body. For this reason he is immune to almost any electric or blunt force attack. This power is also used to sling shot him to deliver blows to his enemy as well as other attacks that range from punches to kicks. If that wasn't enough, this rubber boy has immense strength and long lasting stamina that keeps him going round the clock.

Reason for Choice: Luffy shows excellent perseverance and an upbeat attitude that makes him an easy person to be around. He also is extremely reliable, often times refusing to leave a battle unfinished. The only thing that can top his attitude is his hunger. Not for blood, not for vengeance, but for good old meat. Yes, Luffy has one huge stomach on him and that fact that he is rubber contributes to it. Luffy is a courageous person and stands for what's right, making him an all time favorite.
