Testing Day

"What I mean is, the woman was never poisoned."
They all look at me. I flush, but this isn't the first time that I've actually figured out stuff out like this. Where the answer may seem complex but it's right there in your face.
"Of course the whole, woman in blue and the man to her left are in fact married Thing is correct.The other two at the table are too."
"So what?" José asks.
"So, you got the whole, who's together thing right. But you didn't get the whole situation right in general."
I walk over to the table, where the mannequins are posing.
"See the woman in blue? She isn't wearing silver. She's either wearing copper or wooden jewelry. I.e her necklace, which is wooden. Meaning she's allergic to silver." I jingle the necklace around her neck and continue.
"So when they were all beginning to eat food, the woman in blue didn't realize that she had started eating with silverware and started to have an allergic reaction."
"But one, why is she reaching for the other guy and not her husband? Two, why is the other woman not reacting?" Zjhavia asks.
"Well for one, the other guy is a doctor. Explaining why there is the formula on the desk." I pick up the laminated formula off of the desk showing them what I mean.
They nod, and I continue.
"The woman isn't reacting because, she's blind."
I point to the doctor's side of the desk with a light and the other side without a light, comparing the two. Then I open the drawer and pull out a book written in braille.
"That's amazing!" Marco says.
"So then why is the Woman in Blue the only one with sauce on her plate?" Teigan asks, looking slightly impressed.
"The woman wanted some sauce on her plate, is that such a big deal? Plus the other two men didn't know weather or not the sauce was poisoned. "
I then walk to the confirmation button, and tell them the answer I came up with.
"The woman in blue is allergic to silver. The man she's reaching for is a doctor and the other woman is blind."
. . .
The device in our wrist talks aloud in sync.
"That is correct."
My group-mates all cheer and I smile at the fact I just solved that puzzle.
We open the doors to the room hollering and shouting at the fact we just passed one of the hardest test.

At lunch we all sit at a table and people start patting me on the back and telling me how great I did.
"You saved our asses there, Klynn." José says.
I nod and continue to eat my lunch. Then teigan whispers in my ear something unexpected.
"Meet me in the bathroom after the next test, I know you last." I feel his warm breath against the back of my neck and It sends chills down my spine.
I smile from ear to ear, and continue eating my food.
