When Hensley Carter was a senior year in high school her boyfriend of 3 years and her got pregnant but two months before their son was born he ended their relationship and left her to care for their son all by herself. Now she and her 3 month old so...
It was Thanksgiving break they went to South Carolina first and he met her brothers. He passed their test and that was only because of football. Her parents loved Bucky too especially cause he was the opposite of her ex he wants to help and take care of her and Noah. After they ate dinner with her family they drove back to GA to his mom's house where she met his family and they all adored Noah who was now 6 months old.
Noah's first word was mama but he recently started saying dada to Bucky. Bucky was becoming more like her room mate then his friends room mates as he was staying more and more with her and Noah. They decorated her dorm suite with a small tree and lights and even got to do a Christmas photo with Noah to send to both families.
A week before Christmas they had his mom watch Noah while they went Christmas shopping and Winnie was loving Christmas this year cause of Noah. They got all their wrapping done then picked him up the next morning after they hid everything in the closet.
On the way to pick him up she said "Buck.. um pull over."
"Baby what's wrong?'" he said as he pulled over and she got out of the truck and started to puke. He jumped out of the car and held her hair back and he said "Baby are you okay?'
She started to puke again and he said "You good baby?'
"Yeah I think so but um can we stop and get me some ginger ale or sprite." she said
"Yeah I was going to do that baby. What's wrong? I know it can't be motion sickness we have made this trip a dozen times in the last 4 months." he said as he helped her into the car.
They got a store that she get her something to drink and some peppermints. Then they finally made it to Winnie's. He took her upstairs to his old room to rest and let her stomach settle. He got back downstairs Winnie said "She alright."
"I don't know mom she had me pull over and she started to puke her guts out." he said.
He helped his mom and sister and brother in law get the house decorated for Christmas since she hadn't done since both Becca and Bucky got to old for "Santa". Hensley fell asleep while she let her stomach settle. He went upstairs to check on her and he found her asleep he caressed her face and she woke up.
"Hey gorgeous." he said
"Buck..how long have I been asleep?' she said
"A few hours baby." he said
She sat up and said"I"m starving."
"I figured you might be hungry we are going to stay here tonight so let's go eat." he said as he helped her up.
She got downstairs and kept her distance cause she still felt sick and was scared that it was the flu. After dinner she went upstairs to his old room and took a hot shower he joined her and they quietly had sex in the shower as Noah was sleeping in the crib in his room.
The next day they drove back home she sucked on about 4 peppermints and then they got back to the dorm. They finished the last week of classes with their finals and then packed up and spent the first night of Christmas break doing gifts with Noah and had their own small dinner even if she still felt sick to her stomach.
They spent the next 3 days in South Carolina with her family and did gifts and a Christmas dinner as sick as she was she still eating. Then the spent the rest of their Christmas break in Macon where they got do Santa gifts with Noah. Winnie came up to her Christmas morning and whispered "Honey I need to talk to you."
"okay." she said as she gave Noah to Bucky and followed Winnie upstairs to the master bathroom.
"Honey take this." she said as she hands her a pregnancy test.
She swallowed hard and Winnie said "You should already know what to look for when it comes to this you have been through this before."
She bit her lip and said "I was hoping that I was wrong." as she took the test.
Winnie left her in the bathroom and Hensley took the pregnancy test. She bit her lip as she was scared to death to do this again but her birth control got screwed up and they gave her the wrong one and she had to switch it and forgot about condoms. Bucky came upstairs and said "Mom what did you do with my girl."
She walked out of the bathroom and she swallowed hard. "Baby what's wrong." Bucky said
"I um I didn't say anything cause I wanted to be wrong that I was just imagining things but um your mom the angel that she is picked up on it and um I'm pregnant I'm so sorry Buck. You remember when they gave me the wrong birth control and I went to get it fixed I forgot about using condoms and I."
He walked over to her and he hugged her and said "Baby I'm the one that told mom that some thing wasn't right. Don't be sorry I should of known to use condoms while we were getting your birth control fixed. Mom ran off before I could do my Christmas present for you."
"What?' she said
"Come on." he said as he pulled her behind him.
Everyone was waiting in the living room and he pulled something out of the tree.
"Hensley Gracelynn from the moment I met you I haven't been able to think straight. Your smile your big blue eyes make me crazy. You make my heart skip beats and make me fall in love with you every day watching you grow into your mama role with Noah is amazing baby. When I first met you I could tell that you were scared to do this by yourself away from everything you knew I just wanted to help but over time I started to fall in love with you and I didn't want to lose you that first kiss set my whole body on fire and each after that has made me weak in the knees. Hensley baby I love you with all my heart and I know we just met 4 months ago but baby doll sometimes when you know you do whatever you can to keep it so that's what I'm doing. Hensley Gracelynn Carter will you please marry me?' he said as he dropped to one knee and opened the box.
She gasped.

"Yes" she whispered as she started to cry.
He wiped her tears after he slid the ring on her finger and he whispered "Baby I hope these are happy tears."
"They are' she said as she laughed.
They kissed and she said "This ring is gorgeous."
"Well of course I had to pick it cause you are gorgeous." he said
