Los Angeles Part 1

"Please fasten your seatbelts and put your seats in the upright position and turn off all cell phones," The lady said through the speakers.

"You ready?" I asked Cassy, who sat next to me on the plane, as we did up out seat belts.

"Ready as I'll ever be," she said. It was currently around 6 in the morning and me, Cassy and Max were on a flight to LA for the Minefair this weekend. Me and Cassy had gone on another two dates this week and I must say we have grown even closer.

"Well I hope your ready to be my pillow cause I'm working on 3 hours of sleep right now," I said and she laughed,

"Wait how do you deal with your claustrophobia on the plane?" Cassy asked concerned as I dug through my backpack,

"With this!" I said and took out my sleeping pills. I got a bottle of water and took the pills, "Wake me up when we get there" I said and was soon fast asleep.

"What car do we look for?" Cassy asked as we wait at the pickup zone.

"Sam has a White Mercedes AMG C43 and Josh has a black Audi R8," I said,

"Can you speak for someone who's not car crazy?" She asked

"Just look for a white Mercedes and a black Audi" Max said.

After another minute or so I saw the cars pull in a few parking spaces away. I smiled and walked over to them, as I got there Sam got out of his car.

"Hey, how you doing Sammy?" I ask as I gave him a hug. Sam was 18 and WAY taller than any of us, he had light brown hair which he could never get to stay down and had dark green eyes. He currently wore a grey shirt and dark blue shorts.

"I'm good, how was your flight, Jack?" Sam asked, I rolled my eyes. I then heard Josh's car door close and a high pitched squeal followed. It was Hazel.

"Oh my gosh!" I shouted as I ran and we hugged "it's been so long!"

"I know!" Hazel said

"Love what you did with your hair!" I said, noticing how she had dyed shoulder length blonde hair blue. Hazel was close to my hight and had brown eyes, she wore a floral knee high dress.

"I know it's so nice!" She said,

"So I don't get a hello?" Joshua asked as he took my bag and put it in the trunk of Sam's car.

"It's nice to see you too Josh," I said. Joshua was close to 5,8 feet, he had blonde hair and had hazel eyes. He wore a blue shirt and grey shorts and as you've probably guessed, Joshua and Hazel are together.

"Jack, you never introduced us to your new friend," Sam said

"Oh right, sorry." I said and walked back to Cassy, "Guys, this is Cassy"

"Is she your girlfriend?" Hazel instantly asked

"With everyone asking that she might as well be," Cassy said and I laughed. Once all of our bags were in the cars we left the airport, Max was with Joshua and Hazel while Cassy and I were with Sam.

"Where's Cam?" I asked as Sam handed me his camera, he and Josh also vlog.

"He's at home, he said something about a surprise and knowing him that could go one of two ways," I laughed. Sam and Cam were roommates and recently moved, conveniently, a few houses down from where Joshua and Hazel lived.

"Why didn't James come?" He asked

"It's his moms birthday this weekend, he didn't want to miss it," I said, "speaking of James, we had this cool idea for a vlog we could do here"

"What?"

"We could make edible slime!"

"That sounds really cool!" He said, "we have to go shopping anyway so we can go home and drop off your guy's stuff and then go to the store."

"What do you need for it?" Cassy asked curiously

"Just some gummy bears, powdered sugar and corn starch and maybe some food dye," I said

"We'll have to hide the gummy bears, you know what I'm like with sweets," Sam said and I laughed. We talked about what had happened since we last saw each other and Sam kept asking about me and Cassy. Josh managed to beat us to the house, which was a beautiful house by the way. It was two stories with six bedrooms, three bathrooms and a pool, which is really the only part of the house that matters other than the kitchen.

"Cam!!" Sam called as we entered, "Max, Jackie and her girlfriend are here!"

We heard something crash from upstairs and then loud footsteps until Cam practically fell down the stairs. Cam was around 5,6 but was such a ball of fun and energy. He had purple hair and bright blue eyes and was pretty clumsy as you've probably already noticed.

"Hey, guys!" Cam said and hugged us all. Then I heard a little meow from underneath me, I looked down and saw Sam's cat Milky. I bent down and stroked the cat, Sam and Cam have two cats. Milky is black, white and brown and they also have a black cat called Squeaky.

"Who's this?" Cam asked

"I'm Cassy, nice to meet you!"

"Jackie you didn't tell me you had a girlfriend" I sighed

"Okay Cassy, I know we haven't been together for long and I wanted to do this in a special way and I don't want to take it too fast if you don't want to but... Will you be my girlfriend?"

"Yes!" She said and we hugged and I gave her a peck on the cheek

"Yay!" Joshua shouted and I saw Sam videoing,

"This is the best moment of my life!" Hazel said

"So, same rooms as always?" Sam asked

"You know it," I said

"Okay well you know where to go," he said, I went with Cassy upstairs and Max went to the room downstairs. This house may have six rooms but four are in use. Obviously one is Cam's room and one Sams room, the other two are their offices. Then they had two guest rooms that me and Max used and James usually slept on the couch.

I walked into the room and took in the familiar atmosphere. There was a double bed and a desk and a closet in the wall. Then I realize something,

"Where will you sleep?" I asked Cassy who stood in the doorway

"I could sleep on the couch," she said, "and then I could leave my bags in here?"

"Ya sure," I said "I'm probably gonna record that 2 mil special later" I put my laptop on the desk,

"Okay," she replied and dumped her bag in the closet. Then Cam stumbled in, catching himself on the doorframe.

"Hey, we've just ordered some food so that's on its way" there was a bang from downstairs, "and maybe be careful on your way downstairs," he said and left. Cassy looked at me confused, I smirked, I had a hunch as to what was downstairs.
