loading off of the plane, josh had some issues with his luggage. he couldn't find his carry on. the thing is, he didn't bring any. he was only staying with tyler for a week, but he packed like he was staying there forever. because lets face it, josh really wants to be with tyler.

once he realized he didn't have any carry on, he mentally slapped himself and got off the plane with ease. tyler was waiting for him outside and once they made eye contact, the two smiled happily. josh's chocolate eyes glimmered in the sunlight while tyler's were filled with love.

"im so glad youre here," tyler said, grabbing josh's suit case and placing it in the trunk of the car.

josh smiled, pink coming to his nose and cheeks from embarrassment. he didn't know what to say and how to make it not awkward. so he did what he did best and gave tyler an unsuspected hug.

tyler smiled and hugged him back just as tightly. josh meant a lot to him. he was glad that they met. even if it were in such a weird and unusual way.

_______________

"dude! this place is so fucking pretty," josh said once they were in seattle. he could see the space needle and the sparkly, diamond ocean that reflected the city lights.
"tyler! tyler can we please go on the ferris wheel! please," josh pouted. tyler smiled but shook his head.

"we're going there tomorrow. today we're just gonna go home. its dark and you haven't eaten yet."

josh sighed but agreed. it didn't matter as long as he was with tyler.

the boy with bubble gum hair closed his eyes and rested his head on the taller boys shoulder until they pulled into tyler's parking space.

once the two got out, tyler was quick to grab josh's luggage for him. they went into the luxurious apartment complex, being greeted by the portman (idk the name of the person who hold the door).

the trip from the elevator to tyler's personal floor took around 30 seconds. but the two didn't mind. they shared the silence comfortably. then the bell dinged. and the door opened to reveal tyler's home.

from a first look, it seemed normal, having a nice, minimalistic type aesthetic. but if you went in farther you'd see the more extreme rooms. like the art room he had which included many oil and abstract paintings. the gaming room which obviously had games that created its own light for the room.

and then there was tyler's room. josh would've thought it would be the same aesthetic as the living room and kitchen but he was wrong.
tyler, when not in his suit and tie, was a literal art hoe. two of his favourite paintings were in there. succulents, a ukulele, fairy lights, everything you'd think an art hoe would have, he had it.

"woah," was really all josh could get out. he was taken aback from the theme of his room. in a good way of course because who doesn't like art hoes.

"do you like it," the nervousness was present in tyler's voice.

"do i like it? i love it! this is probably one of the best things i've ever seen! not to mention that you have a view of the city from your room," josh went on and on about how amazing his room was while tyler simply chuckled to himself.

"do you wanna eat? what should i make? i could make you anything you want."

"i think ordering some pizza would be just fine," josh smiled.

"of course," tyler said, returning the smile. he grabbed his phone, dialed the number to Dominos and ordered a few boxes of pizza.
