Joanna stopped the car, parked it and clutched me in her arms.
"Everything is going to be alright," she said.
"Joanna I have heard those words my whole life and nothing has gotten better. If you ask me, things are worst that ever." I said crying historically.
"Sweetheart, calm down don't let him get to you," she said trying to make me feel better.
"It is not about him. It is everything; my family, being kicked out, becoming a single mother in a few weeks, not having a place of my own and the list goes on."
"You can stay at my place as long as you need to, okay." Joanna said waiting on my response.
"Okay Jo, thanks I don't know what I would do without you!" I said promptly.
After that whole emotional breakdown Joanna drove off and we were back on track. Five minutes later we arrived to the gym. "Trust me you don't understand how much I need this," I said. Yoga is so relaxing," Jo said.
Joanna and I entered the gym, Joanna asked the cute guy behind the counter, where yoga class was being taught. He responded, "Room 4, hope you all enjoy the class." We said thank you and smiled at each other. Before we went to the class, we headed to the restroom to change and that is when I remembered, I forgot my clothes at Jo's apartment.
"Oh my God Jo I forgot to ask you if we could stop by your house to pick up my extra clothes," I said real uneasy. I was distracted by the phone call from Matt and it slipped my mind.
"Calm down, calm down I have some extra clothes in my bag right here. Hopefully the t-shirt can cover up that big belly of yours," she said laughing.
I laughed and said thanks. We both changed and headed to class. We grabbed a mat and sat on the floor with the rest of the group. They started out with the basics, but after ten minutes they were doing splits and lifts. Jo and I looked at each other; we knew we were in over our heads. After class, we headed back to Jo's apartment.
