"Most people are prisoners, thinking only about the future or living in the past. They are not in the present, and the present is where begins."
everything ~ Carlos Santana
I have been living my life in the present. Right now at this very moment I could not be happier. I graduated High school early with a 4.1 GPA. After High school Matthew decided to take it an extra step and make me his fiance and move in together. At first I was a little shocked but we have grown so close together and even his relationship with my daughter. You would think that she is Matthew's daughter based off how close their bond is. It's actually a beautiful thing to see. I always worried that my daughter would grow up like me, but so far she is growing up so well rounded I couldn't be more proud. With this new job I got working at as a Publisher for Forbes Magazine and Matthew playing for a college football team, our paycheck has been allowing us to give our daughter everything we didn't have and more. I was able to purchase a condo with Matthew fully paid off and our daughter's room is to die for.

I've been in touch with my family, most of all my mother. My mom and I relationship is good; however I do not think we will ever be as close as we once were. She helps me a lot by babysitting Serenity, when I have to work. I am becoming a senior in college in two months and looking forward to graduating with a Bachelors in Design! Joanna got accepted into the college she always wanted to. Even though she moved to New York City, we talk on the phone literally every day. She is working hard and staying humbled. My relationship with Matt is stronger than ever. So far he has kept his promise of staying by Serenity and my side. It is a hand full to take care of my daughter, but anything is worth helping her. Life has been good since the birth of my beautiful daughter and my relationship with Matthew.
