When I walked up to Nancy with my vomit, she didn't even notice me until it was all over her face. In one hard and squelchy slap on the cheek, I gave her a very large dose of her own medicine. I didn't realise how good it felt to fight back! My hand slid away from her face, a few drops of vomit dropping to the floor. When the commotion was over, I looked back at Nancy and gave her a fake-sympathetic smile. She didn't do anything, just stood there with her mouth open wide and stared at me. Eventually, tears started to well in her electric eyes and it looked like a crystal blue waterfall was about to tumble down her face. She took a deep breath, and finally, after what seemed like forever, Nancy gave me the most evil stare she could conjure up. "You are going to pay, you disgusting brat." All at once, I could see her hand flying towards my face, and I thought that would be the end for me. But then, my reflexes decided to work and and I stopped her half way. My hand gripped her wrist tightly, and then out of nowhere I threw her against the wall. I ran to my room, tears streaming down my face, and the last thing I saw through my blurry vision was Nancy slumped against the wall, blood running from her head.
I would never admit it to my twin, but I felt guilty. My heart throbbed, and I knew I'd gone way to far. The feeling in my stomach had gone from triumphant to, oh shit. I didn't want to think about it, so I just jumped into bed, rocked back and fourth and cried myself to sleep.
