Him
그를Bae Minjie:
The world rotates, the clock always ticks and here I am staying silent not knowing what to say, like a zombie. Dr. Kim notices my newly behaviour but it didn't really matter to me. The information he had just given to me stays in my brain, travelling until it hits the spot where I can finally believe it.
"Minjie?" He calls, a bit worried. I am suppose to give him a yes? in reply but my tongue got twisted. My brain is not functioning well. I wonder why I am being like this even though Jungkook is just a mere human like me-well, I owe my life to him, I guess.
"Minjie doesn't really like to have someone in her room. What's the reason for this sudden news?" I sigh in relief as Emily saves me. It's true though, I like to have privacy but since it is him, I can never reject it.
"To be honest, he is an idol, not to mention the rising and top idol. So obviously, it is normal for him to get a VIP room. Sadly, it was already full except for her room." Dr. Kim points at me and continues, "That's when I decided to let him stay in your room and don't worry, he already knew he will have you. There some arguements but I won." He smiles happily.
"And how did you won?" I raise my right eyebrow and cross my arms infront of my chest. Dr. Kim rarely wins even though he hates losing.
"Since you don't really travel around the internet, I honestly told him and his manager that he is merely a scumbag to you who is ruining your day whenever you see his face." Dr. Kim says calmly as my jaw drops while Emily is in the verge of laughter. Yes, I don't like to do things that are involve with internet but Jungkook is an excemption! But in the other hand, I just unintentionally followed my plan which is act like you don't know him.
"I don't know if that is a bad idea but I think that is already good." I give him a wink and he just raises his eyebrow in confusion if he did something that I like, since I always hate him everytime he does something that I am involved.
I motion to Emily to go with me to my room. We both exited his office and walks through the hospital's corridor. It's same old, same old hospital that I knew and you can see. It's practically plain white with one green stripe below. I suppose that's what make hospitals different from each other. Besides white, they have other color.
I shift my head to the other side and see people crying in the emergency room as the surgeon and the nurses has a sad look in their faces.
"I guess someone had just died to today." I whisper, enough for Emily to hear. Even though I know most people from the emergency room have 50/50 chance, I'm still not use to see an individual, dying. It's a pain in the eyes.
"Yeah, we've been getting a lot of them lately. It's annoying how we can't save them." She hisses. I study her face and I figure it out that she hates death more than me but what she must hate more is probably limited actions - like how the nurses or even doctors can't save their dying patients.
"Cheer up. If you're going to continue that, your salary won't get any higher." I tease, hoping she will smile and forget about those bad things happening here in earth.
"Just because I choose nurse as my occupation, it doesn't mean I need money." She glares and I scoff knowing she is back. But, that's more better than her unusual self.
