-We don't belong here, it was a mistake imprisoning our souls-
Aurelia POV
The next morning, Rick and a few others were loading up to go kill the saviors. I watched as they ran through the plan again. I hated how I couldn't go, how I couldn't help kill the saviors. Rick saw me watching me and he made his way towards me. He reached me in a few seconds. He didn't say anything at first. He had his hands on his waist, looking a little bit sassy.
"I heard you and Daryl fighting. Why didn't you say anything?" Rick asked me, finally breaking the silence. I shrugged, not so sure of the answer. I mean, I was gonna leave, so I wasn't gonna tell them. But I haven't left.
"Because I was ashamed of it. It wasn't my choice. I was planning on leaving y'all" I told him, fidgeting with my fingers.
" You could've told me, we can help you, you don't have to be scared to tell us anything " Rick told me. I nodded, putting my hands in my pants pocket. I knew I didn't have to be scared, but I am. I like this group, but if they knew the truth, i'm afraid it'll be over for me.
"Who all knows?" I asked him, meeting his eyes. Rick sighed, rubbing his beard.
"Me, Michonne, Glenn, and Jesus" Rick told me. I nodded, at least it wasn't a lot of people, or the whole group. They'd ask me so many questions, questions that I won't be able to answer.
"Tell them to not tell anyone else, please. I don't want everyone knowing, not yet" I told him. Rick nodded.
"Alright. I'll see ya tomorrow, keep this place running while I'm gone" Rick told me. I nodded and Rick walked towards the cars. Everyone soon loaded up, Daryl being the last person. He met my eyes, but I quickly looked away. I sighed and walked away, I couldn't deal with him right now. I soon saw Carl, who was holding Judith. They were sitting down on their porch.
"Hey" He said. I smiled at him as I walked up to him.
"Hey Carl. Judith" I said, touching her feet a little. She giggled and squirmed in Carl's arms.
"Are you and Daryl a thing?" Carl asked me. I laughed and shook my head no.
"Oh god no. He drives me crazy, I can't stand him" I told Carl. Carl gave me a small smile and shrugged.
" I don't know, sometimes the people you hate worse, end up being the people you love most" Carl told me. I raised a eyebrow at him, a little taken back from his words.
"When did you get so wise?" I asked him. Carl chuckled and shrugged.
"I just know some things" Carl told me. I hummed as I sat down besides him.
"So is it true?" Carl asked me. I gave him a confused look, unsure what he meant.
"Is what true?" I asked him.
"That you're having a baby" Carl told me. I sighed, nodding to answer his questions.
"Is it a boy or girl?" He asked me.
" A girl" I told him. Carl nodded, a small smile forming on his face.
"What are you gonna name her?" he asked. I shrugged, I really haven't thought about it.
" I don't know. Wanna help me pick names?" I asked him. Carl eyes lit up and nodded.
"That would be amazing" He told me. I laughed and nodded, it was good to see kids happy, especially in this world.
"My mom name was Lori, if you wanna use that. I'm not good with picking out new names, but I do know good people that have names" Carl told me.
"Your mom was named Lori? Was it short for anything?" I asked him. Carl shook his head, a huge smile on his face.
