'Morning god how much I hate morning,' I thought to my self, 'especially morning in Zurich the mornings here so cold that you don't want get out of your really worm position,
when I finally get out of my position and went into my kitchen I boiled my coffee while I'm waiting to the water, I watched the window who looking right into the Main Street of Zurich the snow falls it seems really thick,
in Seattle it's never was like that always rain, rain and a little bit more rain.

when I finished all my 'morning stuff' I entered into the hospital I saw a group of new people I went to Ron who was my friend and head of General.
"Those are the new intern?" I asked him.
"I think I hope they wouldn't be so stupid as the previous intern" he replied.
"I share this hope" I answered and get into the elevator.
"Hey you" I yelled into a random resident,the resident turned around
"oh it's you" I said "I need you to check out my patients after surgery I need to get out of here early today."
The resident nodded.
I walked into my office and set in my chair and looked out of the window.
I have almost everything I need here, I have a peace and quite I have a great job interns to be cruel to them I have almost everything I need
