"You do have a point." Isabelle says to Elaina. "But you're better when you're acting in character. Discoveries are for Elise-san." I glance at Elaina, smiling. Elaina scowled at me. "You didn't make the discovery. I did."
"Hey! Can't you help us here?!" Toon Link yelled. "Just use your Up-B's and try to make it to the other side." I reply. So they did just that.
Shulk emerged from his room. "Now it's Shulk time!" He shouted, right when it started to rain. "Correction. Now it's rain time." I comment. The other Smashers still in their rooms groaned. I wondered how they can hear me from here.
"I'm hungry..." Elaina says suddenly. "Okay." Ness responds, because Okay. Then, Pichu came out of his room. Leaf ran upstairs with a camera, Ivysaur following behind her. "Why do you have a camera?" Asked a confused Lucas. "So we can make the chapter longer." I say. Whoever knew what the fourth wall was glanced at me with a 'don't break the fourth wall' expression.
"I wanted to take a picture of this Pichu," Leaf explains after fiddling with her camera. "Then I'll show it to the nearby plushie shop and they might make me a Pichu plushie, if I'm lucky. I heard Pichu wakes up at this time too." Like Pichu understood, he waddled up to Leaf and stayed there. Leaf handed Ivysaur the camera to hold, adjusted the camera angle, and then pressed the shutter button.

"Welp, my job here is done, I'll have to go," Leaf says getting her camera back from Ivysaur and running back downstairs. "Ivy ivy saur!" Ivysaur says, bidding farewell. "Pichu pichu!" Pichu called back. Shulk was still on the other side of the hall. "You can come over here if you'd like, just Air Slash," Isabelle said. "Speed!" Shulk yells, before running. He was about to jump, until... until...
He fell down to the ground with a loud thud.
We all looked down at Shulk, who apparently fell face first. "That must've hurt..." Lucas comments. "I never knew down there was molten rock," I say, then Lucas, Isabelle, Ness, and Villager gasped. "Molten rock?! That's impossible! We can't build on molten rock!"
Toon Link looks at the map of Smash Mansion. "We didn't." I peered at the map. "You're right." Villager raised an eyebrow. "If this map is correct, there has been molten rock ever since the Mansion was created." Every other newcomer nodded in agreement.
Ness shook his head. "Smash Mansion began as a tiny place. Soon, as it expanded, it had to go past a piece of molten rock on the land. So, the constructors had built over it." Elaina fake gasped. "I never knew that!" I playfully punched her.
In front of our eyes, a Spirit of Plot popped up. "Plot?! The fuck are you doing here?!" Elaina snarled. "I have come to warn you and the readers about the future..." Plot says, as Ness whispered "fourth wall breaks..." in the most irritated tone. "There is countless shippings. This morning you shall see a handful of Pitcest-"
"PITCEST?!" I yelled. It was quiet, because if I yelled to the aeons and beyond, Pit & Pittoo would hear and the future would probably be foiled. Plot nods. "Okay, please leave, Plot. No spoilers." And so, Plot whisks away. Elaina sends a glare my way. "You and your shippings..." She murmured before looking away.
I started to slowly take back the fact that I didn't like the beginning of this year. Everything can be anticipated, and less weight (or more weight) would be put on me if I just ask the Spirit of Plot what's going to happen in the book. And how many fourth wall breaks there will be.
Plot appears before me once more. "You said?"
"I'd like to identify you more."
"Well then, I am the goddess of Plot. I can anticipate almost everything in your books. Live with it."
I chuckled.
