Percy's POV
I stared out into the skies, deep in thought. I can't believe my dad is finally going to be free. I can't believe I'm actually going to have a real family after this!
I wonder if I'm a God since my dad is a God and my mom is a Goddess. I highly doubt it since I can kill monsters still. But then again, my mom does too, as maybe so does dad. I'm going to have to ask mom tonight when I gotta report our progress.
It's been days since I last spoke to dad. And I already miss him. Heck, I don't even miss Poseidon nearly as much as I miss my real dad. Maybe that's because Poseidon isn't my real father or maybe it's because Poseidon is pretty much a douchebag that doesn't talk to me or answer my prayers.
Either way, I want to be with my real dad already. We found out where the Doors of Death were 4 days ago and now we are racing towards them at top speed in the Argo ll. My mother is almost there with her hunters, and the Spartan and Hellhound army.
'Hey perce, we are almost there' Leo said from behind me.
I turned around excited for the first time in days. 'Seriously man?' I ask.
Leo nods. 'Yeah, we should be arriving in 10 minutes so get ready' Leo said before vanishing inside the pilot room.
I grinned and ran off. Within minutes, I was already in full armor with my weapons out. As soon as we landed I jumped off first, closely followed by the rest of the seven.
'Let's go guys! We got monsters to kill!' I said happily as I charged forward.
We finally made it to a small hill overlooking a large building where we believe the Doors are at. And I'm guessing we are in the right place since there's a large army of monsters all around the building.
As I looked closely I saw my mother running through the trees. I smiled as I saw Hellhounds and Spartans marching close behind her. I was looking at them so intently I didn't notice the Olympians flashing in with the rest of the demigods.
'Alright people, you all know why we are here' Zeus said as he looked out across the fields.
I grinned. 'For Olympus!' I yelled before speeding across the field and catching up to mom.
'Hey mom!' I said as I ran beside her.
She turned and smiled once she saw me. 'Hey sweety, I take it you all finally got here? I've been here for half an hour. Your father still hasn't showed up so I decided to wait' Mom said as she took out her bow.
I nodded and took my bow out as well. I took aim and released my arrow at the same time as mom. Our arrows flashed across the field and crashed against a couple of Giants before exploding. The combined power of both our arrows caused a small earthquake and knocked many of the monster army off their feet.
'Let's do this!' I said excitedly.
Kratos' POV
Kratos stood atop a hill overlooking the large army of Tartarus. Kratos was impressed at its size but disappointed that they were all weak.
Kratos heard noise from behind him and turned to find Rex, looking up at him expectantly.
'We are ready to attack my lord. We are just waiting on your word' Rex reported before joining Kratos atop the hill.
Looking across the field, the Large army of Tartarus began moving through the Doors of Death. Kratos was a bit confused until he heard a large explosion coming from the other side of the Doors.
Kratos grinned, knowing exactly what that was. He turned to Rex and gave him a nod. 'It's time' Kratos said before turning to his Hellhound army.
'Charge!' Kratos yelled before charging down the hill at top speed.
'For our king!' Rex shouted, his shout followed by the rest of the Hellhound force.
Kratos arrived at the first monster within 20 seconds. Kratos took out his Blades of Chaos and ripped the Ogre in half, absorbing his power and strength. 5 seconds later, the Hellhounds arrived and began killing the Army of Tartarus from behind.
The Army of Tartarus was taken completely by surprise. None of them expected to be attacked from inside Tartarus. Hundreds of monsters began to dissolve into golden dust under the unrelenting vicious attack of the Hellhounds.
Those hundreds soon turned to thousands as Kratos and his army paved a way straight through the Doors. Kratos, seeing his chance, ordered his army to push for the Doors.
'The Doors are within sight! Let's get out of here!' Kratos shouted as he led his army through the sea of monsters.
Rex nodded and let out a terrifying roar as he charged right next to Kratos and made his way to the Doors, stopping in front of them to wait for everyone else to make it over.
Kratos sliced through a Cyclops that had gotten in his way and just managed to arrive in front of the Doors. His Hellhounds instantly made a circle around their king, biting off the head of any monster that dared challenge them.
Kratos smiled and turned towards the Doors of Death. Finally, Freedom! Kratos thought as he ripped open the Doors. After a moment, the Doors opened and the first thing Kratos saw was his Spartan Army ripping apart the army of Gaia.
Kratos chuckled before charging to aid his Spartans, his Hellhounds right behind him. Kratos fought like an Angel of Death. Every swing of his Blades meant someone or something was dying. Kratos, looking around as he killed monsters, finally found who he was looking for.
Artemis and Percy were fighting side by side, shooting arrows left and right leaving huge craters where monsters once stood. Kratos watched them proudly, smiling in happiness that they were alright.
'Artemis, Percy, there you two are!' Kratos said excitedly.
Artemis and Percy both turned to Kratos, huge smiles adorning their faces.
'Dad!' Percy shouted as he ran up to Kratos and gave him a hug.
'Dad?' Zeus asked, his face in between anger and confusion.
Kratos glared at Zeus with eyes filled with hatred. Poseidon, seeing his son running towards Kratos, aimed his trident at Kratos and launched it at high speeds.
'He is MY son! You shall not have him!' Poseidon shouted.
Kratos merely cocked an eyebrow and moved to the side with an 'Are you serious?' look. Then his look turned into one of happiness as Percy tackled him in a bear hug.
'Hey son. Are you alright?' Kratos asked.
Percy nodded happily. 'I am now!' Percy replied.
Kratos smiled and nodded. 'Good, now come my son. Let's teach these pesky Giants a lesson they will never forget' Kratos said, getting into a fighting stance.
Percy took out the Blade of Olympus and his shield as he stood next to his father before charging.
