I Guess So (Levi x Reader AU)

I did not expect him to do this. He is such a strange, short, smart person.

I sat down with my arms crossed, legs criss-crossed applesauce. He yanked my hair tie out with no mercy and took out his comb from who knows where and started combing. PLUS, He was eating my food. I mean, I did have to give it to him because of this morning.

"In what way does this cheer you up neat freak?"

" Tsk. This morning your hair was a mess and I couldn't bear it. I understand that there is a thing called messy buns but come on this was just a nest with a hair tie on it."

"Listen here boy, 3 guys told me I looked fi-OW What the hell Richard!"

" Stop with the references. No one knows them."

How dare he? I guess since I don't have spoons I'll just cover my eyes with my hands now.

" What are you doing now? (Y/N)?"

I turned around to face Levi and gave an annoyed yet confused look, raising an eyebrow.

"Hey I'm sorry I didn't see you there. I was too busy mmblocking out the haters."

"Uh-huh, by the way I finished all the textbook pages for Pre-calc. I'll send them to you."

"Oh no you don't mister. I will do them all my own even if I have a C in that class." Remembering that, I will start doing my homework.

"Well then, I guess you have to show my mom that shining C you have." giving me an evil smirk. Dog gone it, report cards come in in two weeks.

You see, since Levi and I have known each other for a long time, I know his mother too. She is the sweetest nothing compared to Levi, but they do have one thing in common and that was a love for cleaning.

Damn he's good.

I finally gave in after silently debating with myself and made a loud sigh, "SHHH" was what I got from the librarian. Isn't she the sweetest? I grabbed his phone and started to compare my work with his so I actually learn something.

I had to bare the pain of my hair being combed for only a little longer until my hair wasn't actually knotted. He gently combed my hair so that it at least looked normal or decent. By the time he finished, I finished all the missing homework I had to do. The bell rang and we had to get to class in the 5 minute break. Since my next period was Orchestra, I walked Levi to his class.

" Hey Levi I-" He stuck his hand up, stopping me in mid-sentence. I could see that he did not want to talk about the break up or hear any remarks about it. But I had to tell him my big I D E A, plus everyone keeps looking at him like he was prey. I tugged onto his jacket to stop him from walking any further.

"Levi, I'm serious we need to talk soon, okay" gently patting him on the back as if to reassure him that everything is going to be okay. I cannot bare to see him so bummed that he didn't even want to talk to the one and only? Too much self love? Okay I'll stop.

"Maybe later but now I need to clear my head. Besides, your hair looks much better so stop worrying about me. Now get to class, star student," putting air quotes around the last part. He went into his classroom when I hear people whispering around me.

Normal POV

It's been a week since the break up and soon enough the whole school knew about the break up. It was as if it was as if that their split spread gossip around like a wildfire. Especially with the Levi being the class prince and you being the queen bee.

"No wonder Petra broke up with Levi, (Y/N) is always going to be Levi's priority!"

"She is so much prettier than her, I mean its obvious why the are not together anymore"

"Levi is now free rein girls!"

"Aw man, now we are never going to have a chance with (Y/N)"

"Petra did the right thing, he's just a stoic freak with no emotions!"

The last comment took the cake and boosted the fuel of your imagination. You soon realized that the plan had to benefit both Petra and Levi so no one gets hurt. There was also another rumor going around of a party the weekend following, sort of a homecoming party. The start of Phase one. Oh wait Hange is having a party tomorrow. Obviously if Levi agrees to it first. While you were brainstorming, the warning bell rang.
