she crawled into her mothers car, a smile on her features as she was finally able to drive on her own.

the rain was pelting hard, but it didnt stop her happy emotion.

"are you sure you want to drive right now?" her mother asked, "its raining really hard."

she shook her head frantically.

she finally complied.

she slammed the door, overly excited.

"ill be safe!"

mom kissed her fingers, flipping them outwards.

she backed away from the parking lot, pulling her phone from her purse.

"tae! i finally can drive!" she squealed into his ear.

"now you can come over, ill send you my address."

you hung up, typing as fast as you could.

she awaited happily for her boyfriend to send the message.

her eyes left the road as she looked towards her phone.

'568 Orchid Street' popped up on her phone, initializing into the GPS.

before her eyes could get back to the road,
a car skid across the slick, rainy roads, her breath stopped in her throat as she watched with wide fearful eyes.

the car smashed into hers.

killing her instantly on impact.
