Inside the ship, Atalanta was found twirling her daggers while Sky was controlling the ship. They had just escaped from APSHU, and were on their way to TAPOPS.
"I still can't believe that they thought you were a criminal," Ainya said, catching her breath.
"The guard had found me with the #1 villain and assumed that I was with her. I'm not exactly popular to begin with," Atalanta replied, throwing one of the daggers on the table in front of her.
"You did prefer to do undercover missions to begin with, Corporal Atalanta," Sky said from the control area.
The said corporal nodded absently. "Thank you once again, Lance Corporals. You may now take your rest," she said, grabbing her dagger that was embedded on the table.
Atalanta went to the control area after the other two had left to their rooms. Fiddling with the controls, she contacted the TAPOPS Commander.
"Commander KoKoCi," she greeted with the signature TAPOPS salute. KoKoCi was still the commander even after years had passed. Beside him was Admiral Tarung, who, like KoKoCi, had retained his position.
The two returned her greeting with the salute. "Corporal Atalanta, do you have a report on your mission?" the commander asked.
"Mission failed, Commander. I had failed to retrieve KristaBot. I was ambushed halfway through by the members of APSHU, thinking that I am a criminal. However, I do have information. The power sphere was located at the station that I was locked into."
Atalanta waited emotionlessly as the two leaders processes what she had said.
