Rudra's men did not have any difficulty finding the den. It's practically the only structure standing on the island. At first they struggled to find a way in, but after a thorough search, they found the entrance. He sent his men up and followed close behind. He was not one for adventure, but now vengeance was motivating him.
The door opened into a dark room. The room surprised him. It looked like a corporate office. Seems like Indra used it as an office. The men explored further. The makings on the floor made it easier to find the trap doors. The electric light made their job so very easy. Till now nothing suspicious met their eyes. Except for the office, the rest looked like a hide out of sorts. But suspiciously it was all empty. The whole place had signs of occupation. Where did they all go?
They explored each room with great caution. Who knows what is store here. Looks like Indra had secrets to hide. Maybe he is connected with some illegal trade? The thought excited Rudra. What if he found some dirt. His uncle would have a lever over Mr. High and Mighty.
They went deeper until they reached Isha's room. The apparent luxury of the room suggested this was a special room. His men started a thorough search. Suddenly, from under the bed, they found an earring. Rudra recognised it in an instant. 'ISHA'
"What is Isha's earring doing here?" , Rudra asked incredulously.
'The chick Nitin is panting after?' Asked one of his fiends. Rudra was too deep in thought to answer. His mind was swirling with possibilities. What was she doing here?
The men galvanised into action. More exploration revealed a shampoo, dainty slippers, some flowers, everything hinting at a romantic hideout.
Sudden rage blinded Rudra. Sweet, innocent Isha was not so innocent after all. She was Indra's whore. He had wanted her for himself. For endless nights he had dreamed of how he would have her, while she begs for mercy. How did the bastard get Her first?
His hatred for Indra doubled. Suddenly the only thought dominating his mind was finding her.
'They must have escaped with her! no wonder the den is empty. They can't escape the island. They have no boats. Find them! Go!'
While two of his men waited with him, the rest rushed out. Rudra started making plans of how he would deal with Isha once they find her.
Meanwhile....
Isha had lost count of time, but it seemed they had spent a lot of time looking for the door with every passing second its becoming apparent that there is no other way. The duo seemed to have arrived at the same conclusion.
'Mai', began Raghu hesitantly, 'there is no door here'. It must be under water.
Isha stared. For a crazy moment she thought they are expecting her to jump in the water and start looking for it. She gulped.
Raghu continued.
'We will start looking underneath. The tide will change soon, and all the water might get sucked out to the sea, as the water recedes. We will just wait till then. Or maybe, Choto Babu will reach us before.'
The mention of Choto Babu got her attention. Is Indracoming for her?
'Does he know?', Isha asked in a voice barely audible.
'Of course! He had the heart of a lion and the courage of an elephant'
Suddenly Isha grew angry. So Mr. lion and Elephant is coming to her rescue! While she was shivering like a mice lost in a drowning tomb. It was his fault she was here anyways.
'I won't sit around and arrange a reception party for him here. Lets find the bloody door and get me out of here'
Raghu chuckled. Incredibly he was finding something very funny.
'We will need your help if we do that. Choto Babu thinks you are too delicate to do such things and has instructed me to make you sit and take rest.'
As Raghu expected, Isha sizzled. Gone was the girl verging on hysterics. Before him stood a raging storm. A perfect match for his Choto Babu.
'Let's prove him wrong then'
