Summer's POV:
Today is Valentine's Day! The happiest day for love birds! I already have something for Asher. I bought him a varsity jacket with his name on it! He'll love it! I go look for him in his locker.
"Hey babe! Happy Valentine's Day!", I tell him. "Happy Valentine's Day too! Here, I brought you something.", he gives me his gift. "Aw..it's a...picture frame." "Yeah! To put our pictures on. Do you like it?" "Uh..yeah. I do. Well, here's my gift.", I tear up a little. "Woah! A varsity jacket! And it has my name on it! Thanks so much!" "You're welcome. Well, gotta go. See ya later."
I go to my sad spot and cry. I can't believe all he gave me was a picture frame. I mean I like it. I really do. But I expected something nicer.
Then someone comes and hands me something. It was Freddy.
"Happy Valentine's Day.", he says as he hands me his gift.
I open the gift.
"Freddy...this is amazing! Thank you so much!", I hug him.
He gave me a music box with a girl playing a tambourine.
"I saw it in my mom's antique shop and I knew it was perfect for you.", he tells me. "Well, I love it. Meanwhile, Asher gave me a picture frame." "Oh. Well. The Valentine's Party is coming up. Wanna come with me?", he asks. "Freddy, I'd love to.", I answer. "Nice. But how 'bout Asher?" "He can handle it."
Freddy is super sweet. And kind too. And he's so cute when he smiles! Wait a minute. I think my feelings for Freddy are coming back. They.are.back.
