Seeing the little girl outside my window I was shocked. Not because of the girl but because of the fact that Lucas told me that there was no one living near us.
I'm not sure if I'm happy to see her again but I kinda am. Now I can prove that assface that there is in fact a child living near our isolated and depressing home.
So I screamed.
I can hear Lucas running outside my room probably knocking of some ornaments in the table that
Jessica the jerk placed. The girl is wearing the exact same thing while carrying her teddy bear but she's not smiling. She was staring at me with a blank expression.
Huh..
"Open the goddamn doOR ASSHOLE." Lucas screamed while knocking on my door. I can tell that he is also scared.
So me being an a good human being, despite the fact that there is a creepy little fucker outside the window, ran across my room, jumped and rolled on my bed to open the door.
"What the fuck happened?!"
"The girl. She back. I told you asshole that there is a fucking child who lives near us."
I said while catching my breath.
"What the fuck? Where?" He looked around my room frantically.
"Outside" I said pointing outside my window.
"I swear if you are trying to joke with me-"
"Excuse me?!"
"Where is she then?"
"She's right the- "
Oh no.
"That little mothe-"
"Hey hey hey I'm not mad maybe you're just delusional with all that caffine that you've been drinking." Lucas reassured me but with a look that says 'you little crazy bitch'.
"So you think I'm lying?" I snapped back.
"It's not that."he said while rolling his eyes.
"Oh you asshole actually think I'm lying?!"
"I-"
"No no no no no I'm going to prove to you that I'm actually telling the fucking truth!" I said while snapping fingers infront of his face.
"Ok fine," he pushed my hand away obviously irritated.
"Where is this 'little girl' then?" He said mockingly while air quoting the word "little girl".
"Sh- wel-um" I stuttered while attempting to reason back.
"That's what I thought." He said disapprovingly while leaving my room.
I went to my window and looked around trying to find that creepy little shit.
"Where are you?" I whispered
" SHOW YOURSELF YOU FREAKING ASS!! " I screamed outside my window not caring who can hear me.
Oh wait no body can 'cause we're basically living in the middle of nowhere.
She's not there.
The teddybear.
I perked my head outside the window to have a closer look.
Her little teddy bear with a pink ribbon is lying on the ground.
Handprints.
There's fucking handprints of blood on the teddybear.
I stared at the stuffed toy lying on the ground completely scared.
How the fuck?
Shit.
These handprints are very familiar...
The willow tree.
No no no no no
Stay cool stay cool don't be a fucking baby don't be a fucking baby
I was panicking and in the verge of tears.
Its fine everything's fine its cool you're cool
Its just you're imagination.
"You're not supposed to be here."
Shit shit shit
I'm frozen in place.
I can feel my soul leaving my body as my hands became cold and my feet started shaking.
My throat became dry as my breathing hitched.
She's here.
I didn't dare look back as anxiety and fear slowly crept inside my skin causing my hair to stand.
"She's going to get you."
Her voice is laced with fear, anger, and innocence.
The words that came out from the little girl sent shivers down my spine.
"W-who? Who's going to get me?"
I was able to talk back despite my brain telling me not to do so.My voice is shaking but I kept my gaze outside still frozen in fear.
"Run when you still can."
Her voice is alarming but calm at the same time.
She placed her hand on my shoulder.
Her touch is really cold making my whole body tense.
Despite my overwhelming fear I touched her hand and I quickly look at her while saying
"Who are you?"
Tears are now streaming down my pale face as I let my guard down.
To my surprise she's gone.
She vanished in thin air.
I started hyperventilating.
