13: Slow Down

I woke up and Tyler was sitting on the floor infront of my bed with his back against my bed

I looked to see what he was doing and I noticed he was just watching the TV while trying to play solitaire on his phone

"Hey....." I spoke lightly which made him jump and he put his phone down and he turned around to me quickly

"Oh my god you scared the shit out of me!" I noticed he looked a little shook

"My bad...are you ok?" I asked and he just started to smile a little

"Yea..I'm fine" he smirked a small bit and I knew something was wrong

I tried to move over to him a little but I had sudden pain from my waist shoot through my whole body

"No no no don't move just relax...." Tyler tried to make me stay still

"Wh-What happened? Did my legs just stop working again?!" I asked as I was slightly panicking

"No no that's not it, just calm down ok? Wait....? Do you remember anything from last night?" Tyler asked me and I was confused

"Last night? Umm????" I tried to think

"Whereisshe..?"

"Stay...."

"Tyler?"

"Open the door.....!"

"No!"

"NO!"

"NO!!!!!"

I instantly started busting down into tears as small bits and pieces of what happened came back to me

Tyler quickly got on the bed and he tried to hold me and tell me everything's ok but I can't fully remember what even happened?

I just know it wasn't good... my physical state knew something was wrong and I felt it in my chest that it was something bad but my mind can't see it?

I felt my heart pounding and my throat start to close up

I tried pushing Tyler back a little but he refused to let me go

I noticed I felt I trapped and all I wanted to do was escape

I started to push him away more and he finally let me go and I fell onto the floor

I noticed the room started to spin

I wasn't breathing!? I can't breathe!

I started hyperventilating and Tyler noticed it

He used the heart monitor finger clip and he clipped my finger and he noticed my heart was pounding to fast

"Y/N CALM DOWN!!! HELP!!!!" Tyler started to yell and scream and it started to get a little fuzzy

Thalia came running in the room and she told me to hold my hands over my heads and to inhale while counting to 3 then exhale

It started to calm me down a little and she sent Tyler to go get me some water

Tyler came back with a rush and even spilled some of the water on his way back
