Normal POV

"Just a normal football game, she said.. Just a game I want you to watch with me, she said.. THEN SHE RUNS OFF WITH SOME BLACK HAIRED FREAK!!!" A blonde haired girl complained to herself as she pinched the bridge of her nose with her thumb and pointer finger.

Lucy's POV

Hi, my name is Lucy Heartfillia. I'm just your average everday day teenager in the Senior class at Fairytail High School. I'm currently at a football game my friend, Levy, originally invited me to, but somehow ended up by myself. That blunette sure owes me this time. Levy was my ride so I have no way to leave until she comes back. So I'll just find a spot on the bleachers until I find her and rattle her brains out.

I find a seat between two crazy people who I have the displeasure of knowing.. It happended to be the only seat open out of a whole set of bleachers. What a shocker.. Mavis isn't on my side today. Immediately after I sit down Loke starts hitting on me. This does not make me feel special, by any means. He flirts with every girl in sight. Why today of all days? I try to turn my back on him as much as possible but it is no better place to be facing the person to my left. Lissana is the queen of this castle called High School and she owns that title. She may act like a total princess playing her role as good girl to the teachers, but she's not fooling anyone else, especially me.

"What are you staring at?" Lissana said to me with her deep blue eyes cutting into my soul.

"I'm literally trying to watch the game peacefully is that to much to ask?" I tossed back harshly.

Normal POV

The two girls tossed back and fourth at each other for what felt like an hour, but in all actuality was only about five minutes. The only thing that made them stop was an annoying  brown-eyed bastard with glasses he didn't even need.

"Now now ladies no need to fight over me. There is plenty of Loke to go around," he said.

"BUTT OUT YOU BIG PERVERT!" Both girls yelled simultaneously as they punched him square in the face.

"Worth it.." he groaned out with his face to the ground right before he fainted.

Now with neither of the girls paying attention to the unconscious man on the ground they were back glaring daggers at each other and practically growling. They had no idea who was winning or what the score was at the given moment they were both to pissed off to care. Lucy was really done with this girls bullshit and was ready to go home. Lucy clenched her fists and then stood up quickly and swiftly. Before she had a chance to walk away Lissana gave her a hostile remark that almost sent Lucy over the edge.

"What? Giving up so soon? Are you really that weak?" The girl with the white pixi haircut said.

Lucy's POV

Oh no she did not just call me scared! I turned around and thought really hard about knocking her petty little ass out. Then I realized she's not worth it. I'd be giving her the reaction she wants if I get anymore pissed off.

"You know what Lissana? Right now I don't care. I'm gonna leave because I'm not dealing with you anymore. I have no clue why I even tried to sit next to you." I turn around and with my shoulders back and head held high and start to walk away. That was before an unfamilar voice shouted my name.

"Lucy watch out!" The boys voice said.

I didn't have time to comprehend what was happening before I was on the ground with a huge thud and a throbbing head. Out of natural reaction my hands immediately cover where my head had been hit as I groan in pain. Who the hell hit me? How did they hit me? Why did they hit me? What did they hit me with? All these questions in my head just make it hurt worse as I groan some more. Before I know it someone is kneeling beside me with a hand on my shoulder.

"Are you alright?" Said the same voice from before.

I look up and to my amazement is the star football player at Fairy Tail High making sure im alright. I nod to assure I'm okay but then immediately regret that decision. The star of our field, Natsu Dragneel, seemed to notice this tinge of pain and stood up, offering me his hand.

"Come on. Let's get you to the infirmary and see how bad your head is banged up." Natsu said as he pulled me to my feet after I outstretched one of my arms.

(AN: I know this is a pretty short chapter, but I wanted to kind of leave a cliffhanger for the next chapter.)
