Evolvement Error

it's a twin thing.

 she maturely said before she walked into her land rover and drove back to the bunker. On her way, she saw a familiar visage of a man. She analysed the person before her eyes widened and stopped the breaks in a halt before she got out of the Land Rover in a rush and stopped half way;

"Sammy bear?" she asked in a concerned tone

Sam frowned and turned head seeing the same Land Rover that his twin has. Kayla pulled over and got out of the vehicle. Sams eyes widened in surprise "bunny?" he frowned, feeling all fazed and shocked

Kayla rushed over to him and hugged him as tight as ever. Sam grabbed her in the instant quietly crying in his twins hair "where the hell were you?" she asked softly through his chest. Sam teared up slightly before pressing his lips on her hair. "I'm sorry bunny. I didn't mean to worry you" he replied. Kayla sighed relieved and let go before she said "come on. Get in the Car." She said but she let go and seen his eyes "Sammy bear, what's wrong?" she asked now worried and concerned.

"Um..Nothing..Nothing bunny. Come on let's go"

"Sam, Tell me. Please" Sam sighed at those words before he walked over to the Land Rover. Kayla frowned to herself and bit her lower lip frustrated before she went up to the car and buckled up before seeing that Sam is buckled up too making her start driving. It was a quiet trip basically just tension in that small combined space of the car until Sam decided to try and cut off the tension.

"Look bunny. I just want to handle this on my own. I don't want you burdening my problems too"

Kayla softly chuckled out a scoff "Sammy bear, I can't not burden your problems.. you're my twin.. it's our twin thing."

Sam chuckled looking down "true.. but I'm trying not to give you this burden. Trust me bunny, you don't wanna have this"

Kayla pursed her lips as she kept on driving before she bit her lower lip again "You know Sam? these past few days.. I realised something wasn't right... something was missing... I felt emptiness Sam... you weren't there... I needed you... whether we like it or not. Now you know Dean, you don't know what's going on in his mind, so I can't tell if he even realised you're gone."

Flashback  ~ After Cas told Kayla they might be pregnant. 

Dean smiled at the beautiful scene unfold them and just let them for their privacy, He caught Cas glance at him but Dean winked and scored him a finger gun before he took out his phone and dialled Sam. 

No Answer. 

Dean frowned once and tried redialling. 

"This is Sam. You know what to do" His voicemail said making Dean panic in worry he was about to go tell Kayla and Cas but he saw them happy so he didn't want to ruin the moment. He sighed again and tried calling 

"This is Sam. You know what to" Dean cut off the voicemail by hanging and grunted to himself before he marched into the garage and started to work on baby trying to find a way to find his brother before Kayla came in with Ava in hand and distracted him causing him to get all hyped and happy. He went to hold her but Kayla told him to shower which made him pout and grunt and take a shower as his sister said. 

He grabbed the phone again before he started to shower.

"This is Sam.. You know what to do" 

"Damn it Sam!!" Dean growled "where the fuck are you?!" 

He went in the shower and concerned to himself. When he was done, he put on a fake smile and walked up to Cas to grab Ava and continued their conversation.

Back to present

"you missed quite a few Sammy bear"

"yeah? Like what?" Sam asked curiously

"Ava said her first words."

"really?! Oh my God. That must have been a huge moment for you. What were they?"

"believe it or not... Her very first word was pie"

"Jesus Christ, Dean" Sam mumbled. Kayla heard and chuckled "I know" she replied. Sam smiled and asked "what next?"
"then she said mama"
"aaww that must have been so amazing for you bunny."
"it was" she said with a bright grin "Then it was dada"
"Ah! Cas must have been so happy"
"he was ecstatic" she said softly "I actually want her to name you next."
"Bunny" Sam whispered softly before he took her hand in his.
"Sam. Promise me something... If something happens to me... I want you and Gabriel to take care of my Nathan and John, especially John. And Dean and whoever he dates takes care of Ava and this new one"

Sam just stared at her shocked "OK.. 2 questions... 1: why John specifically? And 2: what new one?"
"oh! Right! I forgot to mention...  I'm pregnant"
Sams face turned from shocked to happy as he looked at his sister with glee and pride "Congratulations bunny."
"thanks Sammy bear and as for John.. I had a rather sensitive moment with him..
There were these girls in his school and called him gay and now he's scared if he ever become one he wouldn't be accepted. So we had a bit of a heart to heart. I told him that he's in a safe environment and that he can be free with whoever he wants to be and that he shouldn't be scared of being something he is.  If he ever becomes one. So... Maybe... I thought if you and Gabriel maybe talked to him.. That would be a great."
"of course bunny, I can pray to Gabriel when the time is right." he looked at her and teared up a bit "I'm so proud of you Bunny. You're a really good mother."

*Kayla's subconscious* 

"MUMMY!!! HELP!!"

"MUMMY!!"

"And I wish all mothers are like you. You're understanding, open minded, loving. I don't know how you do it but bunny" Sam looked over at his twin and softly frowned before he continued to say "And I'm seeing something that I never seen in you... Even more right now...  When I said that you're a good mother... You cringed and flinched. What's wrong with that?"

Kayla inhaled and continued to drive "we arrived" she said as they arrived next to the bunker. Kayla took out her remote and parked it in the garage. Sam frowned and sighed "Bunny" he said
"Sam! You have your burdens, I have mine. Please just... Be like Elsa and Let it go." she said closing the drivers side door as Sam was still in concern in the passenger seat. He sighed and just went out of the car going back in.
