Evolvement Error

no no not now!

Time passed by.... Ava is now ten... and Rosie is also ten... just a few months younger... and Kayla's worry and fear of loosing her daughter was almost killing her. She was growing weaker and more crazier... she wasn't ready... she didn't want to loose her daughter. 

"Mum?" Ava came from behind. Kayla turned with a gasp "oh hey baby! why aren't you doing your homework?"
"I'm finished. I only had an English essay to do" 
"Alright then. You hungry? I can make you something" Kayla softly requested. Ava nodded and said "Do you have any pie?" she asked her mother. Kayla smirked "You certainly did grow like your mummy and uncle Dean hon. We have pie in the fridge. which one would you like?"
"Cherry!!" She said grinning ear to ear. "Alright!!" Kayla exclaimed "would you like some ice cream with it?" Kayla offered. 
"Hells yeah!!" the girl exclaimed in return as well. 
Kayla laughed at her daughter enthusiasm. She is so much like Dean... she'd grown so much and it's killing Kayla by the second that now... every moment with her daughter counts as a last one and she's trying to spend as much as time as she could with her daughter like everyone else is. 

"Kitty!! we're home!!!" Dean's voice boomed from the entrance door of the bunker. Kayla and Ava looked over and Kayla held a small smirk on her face knowing what's coming for him from Ava. Without no trace or heads up, Ava ran out of the kitchen and rushed up to him, startling him for a start.
"UNCLE DEAN!!" Ava squealed as she ran up to him and jump hugged him. Dean grunted yet still held her with her feet wrapped around his chest while exclaiming:
"Heeyy!! there's my pie loving monster!!!" 
"Mummy is making me some with Ice Cream! Do you want one too?"  
"Do I ever!!" Dean replied "Your mummy makes the best pie, does she?" he asked
"Uh huh!!! I love mummy!! She's the best mummy ever!!" 
"Yeah she is!! Come on sweetie! where is she?" Dean asked. 
"In the kitchen!" she replied. 
"I'll get the bags in our room, I'll be right down!" Sam said as he entered the bunker himself now.
"UNCLE SAM!" Ava said before she got off of Dean and went to hug him too
"Hey there bug!!" Sam grinned brightly before hugging his niece tight into oblivion. Ava giggled at her nickname "I like it when you call me bug!!" she said to him. Sam chuckled "I'm glad you do" he said kissing her head. "Now go with uncle Dean, I'll be right back ok?" 
"ok!!" she said before she ran back to Dean and took him to Kayla. 

"Hey puppy!" Kayla said with a grin before she laid out 2 plates of warm slices of pie with ice cream "I knew you would want some too! Dig in!" Kayla said to them 
"You're the best kitty!" Dean  said kissing her cheek before sitting down and started eating. Ava giggled at Deans behaviour at the table and started eating herself. 
Kayla wasn't hungry yet so she just cleaned up and wiped her face with her hands yawning. 

After Dean and Ava were ready, Ava placed the plate in the sink and hugged her mummy before she said "I'm gonna go to the bathroom mummy. I'll be right back" 
"Alright princess" she started to wash her daughters plate before she saw Dean placing his and help drying the plates
"Kitty, I know how hard this is for you but did you even get one good nights sleep?" he asked concerned for his sisters health.
"I can't sleep! I keep on having nightmares and they're not letting me sleep! At least I'm getting 4 hours" she said sighing while placing the plates back to their places and holding her tears. "I'm really trying hard here to not crack in front of her." Kayla said through a teary sigh. 
"Kayla.. I know this is hard... but you have to get over it... it's gonna happen, fret about it or not... if you fret.. it's even worse for you... so... best we can do now is." Dean was cut off by a scream from Ava 
"Mummy!!!!" Kayla's eyes widened as she ran  up to the bathroom 
"Ava what is it?!" she said opening the door and running in closing the door behind her for privacy from Sam and Dean. 
"Mummy.. what is this? Is this blood?" she asked. Kayla's heart stopped... Her heart was wrenching and sinking into the darkest pit of hell.. she couldn't breath... this was it... "Um. Yes sweetie. It is. That's period hon.. you shouldn't worry about that.. it means that you're becoming a lady." Kayla explained. 
"Like you mummy?" she asked innocently. Kayla gave her a smile and nodded "I guess so sweetie" the girl grinned and hugged her mother tightly. Kayla held a rather tight hold around her daughter tears spilling as she stayed quiet with her sobs.
"Mummy why are you crying?" 
"I'm just happy for you to finally grow up munchkin! Now come on." she reached underneath the cabinet and thought her about period trying hard not to break and cry in front of her again. After that was over, Ava went to her room and watched a movie on her laptop before Kayla went in hers and screamed out a sob.
"Kayla!!" Castiels voice scarred her making her jump. "what happened?! Is Ava ok?!" He said rushing up to her and placing his hands on her shoulders.... Kayla shook her head and sobbed into his chest "it came Cas!!! Her first period came!!!!! It's soon gonna happen!!! I don't want it to happen this soon!!!!" she screamed into his coat. Castiels eyes filled with tears before he held a lump of tears down his throat. "I can't deal with this Cas!!! why did this have to happen to us?!?! after all we done!! we still are being given shit!!" she couldn't stop bawling.... it was all happening so fast. She couldn't believe it.. she couldn't stop shaking in Castiels arms. She couldn't stop shivering... she couldn't stop fidgeting... 
"No! No! This can't be happening! Not now!" Cas tried being in denial but he also broke now. He sobbed in Kayla's neck and held her close to his persona "I'm so sorry Kayla. I'm so so sorry. I tried finding a loophole to this... I just couldn't... I couldn't get away with this... I'm sorry!!" he cried in her shoulder. Kayla couldn't take it...she felt weak.. her legs gave in... she stumbled into the ground sobbing in her own hands... Cas knelt beside her and grabbed her in his embrace and sobbed in her hair "I'm sorry" he repeated as he rocked her back and fourth.

A knock was heard on the door.
"Kitty!!" "Bunny!!" Dean and Sams voices turned up from behind the door. Kayla shook her head and gave in "come in!" she said. Dean and Sam entered and saw the state the married couple are in... their eyes filled with regret and sorrow. Deans eyes held anger and frustration but yet heart break for his sister and best friend.
Sam on the other hand felt pain and remorse... He couldn't handle this... his niece was going to die.. and he was quite fond of the girl.. everyone was... 

They couldn't face this.... no one could... Ava was loved by everyone...she was special into every ones lives... This was going to leave a horrible mark on every one in the family... Cas couldn't let go of his sobbing wife... she was now at a breaking point and is incredibly vulnerable right now.... she can't be talked to.. she was done for... she was dead on the inside... her daughter is soon gonna die... and a mother can't live with herself knowing that the child she carried for 9 months is going to die and can't do anything about but just sit there and watch her die.

This can't be happening right now.
