Evolvement Error

It's time.

"come on Kayla. come on, let's get you into bed.. you're tired. You need rest. You're going through a lot." Cas softly sniffled softly and silently crying himself. 
"Everyone is!" Kayla recoiled before she pushed herself up and out of his embrace pacing around the room "I just... I just think... after.... after everything we done... helped people! saved lives! we still get things like these thrown at our faces." she said now getting frustrated and extremely pissed. 
Cas and her brothers were now watching her vent. They were also tearing up at this... Cas tried to move towards  her.
"Kayla.. I understand what you must be going through, she's my daughter too. Please. Please. Let us help"
"Help?" Kayla breathed out through a shuddered teary sob before she continued "I'm past and beyond saving and help Cas. I... I'm done"

Deans and Sams eyes widened at those words. Dean used those words... and that's when he was really tired and about to give up. 
"You can all leave if you want. I'm gonna go check on my daughter" Kayla said again before brushing past her twin and brother. Dean grabbed her by the arm giving her a firm look and grip before saying "We need to talk. You can go check on your daughter after. Sammy, Cas. Would you mind leaving me and Kayla here please?" He said in a low voice, clenching his jaw at his sister. Kayla was confused and scared now... it was never good when her brother talks like that. Sam and Cas frowned too before they nodded. 
The angel and moose gave him a warning look on what he was going to do with his sister. Dean ignored the looks before they heard the door close. 

Dean and Kayla were now in silence eyeing each other 
"what?" Kayla interjected the silence by breaking it 
" 'what?' are you seriously asking that question?! do you know what you just said?!" Dean asked infuriated. Anger and fury filling his eyes. 
"Yeah!! I do!! And I meant that!! I'm tired of living this life Dean!!" 
"So that's it? if your daughter dies you're leaving me, Sam and Cas and your sons and daughter including our dad?! your whole family?!?!" Dean growled. Kayla let out a soft sob before shaking her head and biting her lips. 
"I.... I don't know... I...  I don't even know what I'm saying puppy. I'm lost right now!!! I don't know how I'm going to cope with Ava's destiny!"
"Kayla! I know it hurts! I know how much it hurts when you loose someone you love and you're extremely close to!! but you can't give up when something like this happens. There are many of other people around you trying to help you!! You can't just give up! You need to keep fighting! Like we always did!" Dean now was about to break but he walked towards her placing his hands on her shoulders. 
"We need you kitty. and if you leave... we're gonna miss you and feel like you feel right now about Ava... please kitty... keep fighting... I know my kitty... and she's an incredibly strong and selfless woman who would do anything for her family. and I'm proud of the woman she turned out to be." Dean had tears brimming in his eyes before Kayla closed their distance and hugged him tightly softly sobbing into his chest. 
Dean let out a shaky breath holding her close to him,  closed eyes, pressing his lips against her head, one of his hand on holding her head while the other was on the top of her back. 

*With Sam and Cas* 

They entered Ava's room and found her lying on her bed, pale and stiff... her favourite movie going along on her laptop. Cas and Sam felt their heart stop as they both ran up to their daughter and niece before Cas felt his daughters pulse... tears were forming in his eyes before he bit his lip trying to prevent a sob from being audible but... it was too late.. his baby girl is dead.. A sob escaped from his lips before he grabbed her in his arms settling her in his embrace and rocked her back and fourth. 

"No!!!! nonononono!!!" he sobbed into his daughters hair. He couldn't let go of her. Sam was softly crying. Tears were swimming down from his eyes. He stayed where he stood... He was breaking... He got out of the room and just went to Kayla's room leaving cas alone with his grief. He found Dean and Kayla in each others embrace making his heart sink even lower... Dean caught glance of his brother... eyes filled with sadness and remorse. Sam shook his head at his brother... a tear streaming. Dean felt his heart wrench and held his sister tighter and softly crying in her hair. "Kitty" he whispered. 
"Yeah" Kayla replied in the same tone. 
"Sam's here" He replied. Kayla turned to find her twin tear strained.... She didn't say anything.. her breath was cutting off before she ran to Ava's room "Bunny wait!!" Sam choked before he ran after her but eventually saw her enter.
Kayla froze as she saw Castiels breakdown over their daughters lifeless body. She had no emotion now... all those tears... all that fear... she couldn't let them out... She couldn't believe this was happening. Her breaths became shaky and shivered. She slowly walked up to Castiel who was uncontrollably sobbing and shaking. 

Kayla now broke as she went more closer to her husband and dead daughter. She buried her face in his neck and cried right there. Cas still couldn't let go off his daughter. He leaned towards his wife and sharing their grief and endless tears with everyone. 
"uncle Dean what's go... AVA!!" Nathan exclaimed as he happened to walk past his sisters room. 
"No!" Dean exclaimed as he pushed him away from the room "You don't want to see what's in there Nathan" 
"But my sister! wh.. what happened?! Is she ok?!" Nathan sobbed worriedly. Dean didn't think his heart could sink any lower... but it did. 
"I'm sorry Nate. Your sisters dead" Dean croaked out. Nathan let out a cry before Dean pulled him in his arms and held him close. 
"what's going on?!" John, Kayla's son, came out now... "Nate? why are you..." he caught glance inside the room "Oh god!! No!! Ava!!" John exclaimed before he felt Sam push him away. "No!!! Sam!! Let me through!! No!! what's going on?!?!" John exclaimed shocked and flabbergasted 

"I'm sorry buddy" Sam whispered his tears forming from his eyes again. John looked up at him like a lost puppy. He was devastated. "but..." John softly cracked. "sh...she...she's going to be alright? right? I..I mean.. C..Cas. he's... he's an angel he can bring her back right?"
"I'm sorry John... Cas is the first angel that can't bring her back." Sam spoken through a cracked tone filled with tears. John stopped... he burst out sobbing into his uncles chest. "No" John simply said that made Sam burst into tears even more. Rosie saw and heard everything... She ran to her room and started crying in  her pillow... she loved her sister... more than anything... and she lost her only best friend. 
Everyone was devastated. John, Their father, came in and saw  the sorrow... he took in a deep breath before a small cry escaped his lips to himself. He hated this... everyone is crushed... everyone is under a dark cloud... everyone is lost... 

Kayla and Cas were now holding onto each other. 
"Brother" A voice came from behind them. Kayla and Cas looked up and gave the angel a glare 
"It's time" the same angel said 
"Give us some time to grieve, Amanadiel!" Cas growled underneath still with tears in his eyes. "It's bad enough you're taking her away from us!! but this soon!! No!!! Not yet!!" Cas continued to rebel. 
Sam, Dean and the rest of the family were now in the room. "I'm sorry brother. But your daughter is needed in heaven." the deep voice from the dark skinned angel that was named Amanadiel said. "NOT YET!!!" Cas yelled his eyes glowing blue
"CAS!!!" Kayla exclaimed teary eyed going in front of him and placing a hand on his shoulder "Guardian angel. Just keep Calm...." She said through a shaky breath still crying silently. "Love, you know how much this pains me to say but... If it's time... it's time... she has to go" those last words struck everyone like a dagger in the chest. Kayla was broken.. Cas was shattered.. everyone was filled with remorse and sadness. 
Cas let out a shaky breath before he kissed his wife's head and nodded "Alright. I uh... Y..You're right" he said before he turned, kissed his daughters head and stepped back. Kayla followed what Cas did and kissed her little girls head. Dean, Sam, their father, Nathan, John and then.... Ava came in all sad and sober before she put a necklace around Ava's neck which said... "best sister" and also gave her a kiss on  her cheek before she ran over to her mother. 
Kayla held Rosie close to her and pressed a kiss on her head "what's that Rose?" 
"I.. I was planning on giving it to her on her birthday next month.. but... I had to give it to her today" She said to her mother. Kayla held a soft sad look before holding her close to her and not letting go. 
Amandiel grabbed Ava bridal style in his arms "I'm sorry it has come to this brother" he said before his wings spread out and flew up to heaven. 
Kayla buried her face in Castiels neck feeling defeated, Rosie turned and covered her face in her mothers chest softly crying like John and Nathan did with Sam and Dean while John...the father was just quietly lurking... Kayla caught him silently crying... she opened her arm for him.. John softly chuckled out a sob before going into his daughter arms and held her close too. "I'm so sorry it had to be the way princess" he softly whispered through tears. Kayla gulped and shook her head "you don't need to be daddy." she said kissing his cheek and continued to hang onto him. 
"Kayla." Cas whispered "I have to go... I'm sorry"
"Go? Go where? you need to grieve Cas. You just lost a daughter" she said with a soft puppy face form of a frown. 
"I'll... I'll be right back. I promise" he said kissing her before disappearing. 

Kayla sighed before she puffed out a small sob but tried to keep it in. "Alright um... l...let's uh... um... I.. I don't know what you guys wanna do." She said. The family made equal signs of distress before Dean suggested "um... wanna get a drink?" 
"That would be lovely" Kayla agreed. 
"I guess a drink would be nice" John agreed aswell. 
"I'm definitely in" Sam interjected with a nod. 
"Alright! Kids! where do you wanna go?" 
"Um... anywhere you go is fine with us, we're not gonna drink alcohol don't worry" John said. 
"You better" Kayla said being over protective over her kids 
"Alright. Come on let's go." 
And with that... Everyone followed Dean to the impala and the kids followed Kayla to her Land Rover and they were off.
