Today was the day of their event and Zach was nervous. He was going to be doing two songs that he wrote the other night. They also weren't going on the album. They were different than all the other stuff he had released in the past.

They were also a bit emotional which his usual music is not. He wrote both of them when he and Jack were fighting. He always wrote music when he was upset and this is the first time he would be sharing any of that music with anyone.

There was a knock at the door of his green room. Zach jumped but called out a 'come in'. Zach was buttoning up his floral button up. He looked in the mirror to see Jack shutting the door behind himself.

"Are you okay?" Jack walked over to Zach and hugged him from behind. He rested his head on his shoulder and pressed a kiss to it. "You're tense."

"Yeah I'm just nervous. I'm playing some new music tonight. You haven't even heard it yet." Zach's hands were shaking. He didn't know why he got so nervous for performing.

"Let me." Jack removed himself from Zach and stood in front of the younger boy. Jack took the bottom of Zach's shirt and started buttoning it up. He left the top few unbuttoned to show off Zach's chest. "Relax baby. I'll be right there backstage. I love you so much and you will do absolutely amazing. All of the fans will love it. Okay?"

"Okay." Zach took a deep breath and leaned into kiss Jack. Jack smiled and happily kissed back. "I love you."

"Love you too. Now relax." Jack cupped Zach's face with one hand and caressed his cheekbone. "I'll see you in a bit."

"Bye."

Once Jack left, Zach finished getting ready. He tucked his shirt into his ripped black skinny jeans and put his black Gucci belt on. He put some socks on before putting his white Doc Martins on. He stood up and put his usual black leather jacket on. He fixed his messy hair and took in his appearance. He fixed his necklace before grabbing his guitar and leaving the room. He made his way backstage and towards all of his friends. He stood in between Juniper and Corbyn just as Martin was walking over.

"Okay ladies and gents we are going to have a bomb ass show tonight, just as we do every year. This is the girls' and Zach's first time here. Make them feel loved. But not to loved. Jack you're first. You all know the order." Martin brought them all in for a huddle and they all did they handshake before the lights dimmed and Jack entered the stage. Cheers immediately erupted. Jack adjusted his guitar as he stood in front of the microphone.

"Hey guys what's up?" Jack smiled and brushed his hair out of his face. Cheers erupted again. "My first song is going to be Nervous which was my very first single."

The crowd cheered as Jack started to strum his guitar. Jack smiled as he started singing the first verse.

"I saw you on a Sunday in a café

My adrenaline kicked in

Zach watched from back stage and smiled at Jack. He loved Jack's voice. Jack caught his eyes and smiled back at him. Jack winked at him before facing the crowd.
