Its 1940 in Britain and they are being heavily bombed. Newcastle was in ruins. You could hear the deathly screams of the anti-air guns shooting the German bombers. The people of Newcastle were terrified in their air raid shelters , hearing the explosions as the bombs hit the buildings. The alarms were still screaming their horrible noises and whiiiiirrrrrrs of dread. no-one knew what to do apart from hide in their shelters. It was simply just horrible, taring everything apart. Then there was a crash, not the sound of a bomb exploding, a crash. The anti-air guns had shot a bomber down and suddenly, at that moment the sirens stopped. All the people were free to go back onto the streets, to see the destroyed buildings and bombers that had been shot down. Everything had changed. Can they ever go back to normal?
