Chapter 48

Emily's POV

It's 8 am in the morning. The morning when Ali will give s birth. I probably was fell asleep on the chair next to her.

"Baby."I whispered and kissed her gently.

"Good morning." she mumbled and smiled."is it time already?" She asked and looked worried.

I nodded."everything is going to be okay love, I promise. Soon we'll have strong little boy."

She giggled and then the nurse came in.

"It's time Mrs. Fields." she said and smiled.

"Em..stay...please." Alison cried.

"I'm afraid she can't stay here Mrs. ...I'm sorry." The nurse said.

I quickly went back to her and hugged her tight then kissed her passionately.

"I'll wait for you outside lovely." I whispered and wiped her tears away.She slowly nodded and I went out.

•2 hours later•

I was still waiting for Ali. I started to worry... Then Mr. DiLaurentis rush into the hospital.

"Emily. How is she? Isn't it too early?" He asked and hugged me.

"I don't know anything. I still wait." I said but then the doctor came into the waiting room.

"How is she?" Mr. Fields asked and I just looked at the doctor worried. Cuz I really was.

"She is okay. The babies are okay too..But they have to stay in here for a while...We need to look after them because she is young and these twins..."I cut him off.

"Twins?" I smiled confused.

"Yeah. We too didn't know about the second baby but we too make mistakes. The important thing now is that, they are okay. You can go and visit her. One by one." He said and then walked away.

"Go and see her hun." Mr. DiLaurentis said and smiled.

I ran to Ali's room and when I went I saw my baby. And my two babies.

"Hello." She mumbled.

"How are you?" I asked and went to the babies.

"I'm okay...I guess."She smiled."That's Austin." She whispered and pointed to the baby who I was picked up.

"Hello Austin." I kissed his forehead." I'm your mommy."

"You can choose the other name." She winked and I picked the other baby too.

"Liam." I whispered and kissed him too."God they're amazing." I sighed and smiled.

"Em?" Ali whispered and I looked at her.

"Yes beautiful?" I said and bit my lip.

"They have to stay in the hospital for two weeks..." She said and tears streaming down her face.

"I know. The doctor already told me." I put the babies down at their cribs and went to Ali then sat in the corner of the bed."They will be okay baby. How is your stomach?" I asked. I was really scared about that because I was never seen how c-section's looks like.

"It hurt so much. I mean I'm on pain medicine right now but I can still feel the pain." She said and slowly closed her eyes.

"Your dad is here. He wanna see you. I'll went outside and I'll call the girls and to my mom. Shannon will be excited to see their new baby brothers." I giggled and kissed her gently.

"Okay." She said and kissed me again.
