Alison's POV

"Open it." Aria and Spencer said in unison.

I stared at them smiling and opened the box. Then all of us gasped.

"Oh my God! What it's that!? Get out! Now!" I said shocked, angry, hurt and tearing up from scare.

"We didn't do that! I swear!" Spencer shouted crying hysterically. Probably she says the truth. I can see the disappointed in her eyes.

"We didn't...Em...Ali." Aria mumbled.

Em slowly went to the box and saw the two bloody dolls.

"What that suppose to mean!?" Emily shouted at them.

"Emily we didn't! We bought Big Teddy bear. I saw how the man put it in there!" Spencer said.

"Well now the Teddy bear is not here." Emily winked sarcastic and pick the dolls up. Then a letter fell to the floor.

"What's that?" I asked nervously.

"Cute babies. Are they still alive? I don't think so. Find by yourself.

Kisses-A" Emily read.

Emily dropped the dolls but quickly picked them and put it in the box.

"Where are you going Em?" I asked still crying.

"I'm gonna take this outside. Then we're going to the hospital. I need my boys." She said concerned and she smiled soft. God, I fell in love every time when I see that smile.

"So that was awkward." Hanna said out of nowhere.

"Does that mean -A is back?" Em said coming in.

"We all know who -A is ..Lucas." Aria said.

"It can't be. It would be too obvious. We know that -A made army . And probably Lucas is just a toy in -A's game." Spencer said worried.

"Look. I do not really care who -A is in the moment. But I do care about my kids so let's just go to the hospital."Em said.

"And what about Shannon?" Hanna asked. Fuck. I almost forgot my daughter. 'Yeah, you're pretty good parent Ali. ' I thought to myself.

"Can you stay with her?...Actually can you all stay here? We will come soon." I said and they all nodded.

•10 minutes later•

We went to the hospital and Em was still shaking. I was scared to the death but I must hold myself calm for her. We went to the 3-rd floor. That was the babies's floor. We saw one nurse and ran to her.

"Hello. Where are Austin and Liam Fields? Do you know it?" I asked but she shook her head no.

"You have to tell me the identification number. Here are thousand babies we can't know them by name." She said and smiled.

"Oh yeah. Sure... well then it's AAL2908LAA. "I said and she nodded.

"Come with me they are probably in this room." The nurse said and take us to one room with so many twins. It was kind of creepy. But then I saw them. I felt Em sobbing in my shoulder. But I can say that was happy tears.

"They're here. It's okay." I whispered in her ear and kissed her neck soft then walked to the crib.

"Hello babies. It's mamma....and mommy."

Em giggled quietly and walked next to me.

"Can we already took them home?" Em asked the nurse.

"I'm afraid you can't Mrs....I'm sorry. You would be able to pick them out of here next week. Not even a day earlier." She said. "Now you have to came out of here. It's late."

I saw my clock. It's already 10pm.

"Come on Em. We have to go home. Shannon probably wait for us."

She nodded and kissed Austin's and Liam's foreheads.

•1 week later•

Emily's POV

It was one week since -A send us that disgusting box. Today we will be able to pick up our twins.

"Alison." I whispered. She was still sleeping.

I gently pull off of her arms and went on top of her kissing her neck softly.

"Alison. Baby." I whispered in her neck again and she quietly moaned. I started to kiss down to her stomach but she moved my head out of there.

"Em it hurts." She mumbled and fell asleep again.

"Alison it's 8am. We have to pick Austin and Liam after 2 hours. Get up." I said and rolled off of the bed.

"Where are you going?" She asked confused. Geez that sleepy voice..

"To take a shower. You wanna join?" I winked.

"No." She said soft. "But I want something else."

"What?" I asked and smiled. That make her smile too.

"Kiss me."

I quickly leaned and pecked her lips.

"Deep it." She said making her best pouty face.

I laughed and lean in again. Our lips was inches apart.

"I have to take a shower." I winked and walked to the bathroom laughing.

"I hate you! Tease!" Ali shouted laughing. I can't help but smile.

'How I deserved this girl?' I thought to myself...
