Monika x Sayori

A/N: This one shot was inspired by the song above🔝 I recommend that you listen to it.

"Have a nice night everyone!" The club had just ended and Sayori was about to head home when Monika approached her. "Hey, Sayori."

"Oh, hey, Monika."

"Can you come with me, I want to show you something."

"Um...sure!"

Monika grabbed Sayori's hand and led her to the school auditorium. There was a shiny black piano on stage. "Why are we here?"

"Well...I've been practicing piano a lot lately, and I wanted to play something for you...if that's ok..."

"Of course! You're probably an amazing piano player!"

"Thank you, Sayori." Monika walked onto the stage and sat at the piano. She briefly glanced at Sayori, then she began to play "I can't help falling in love with you". When she finished she looked at Sayori again.

"That was beautiful, Monika!"

"You think so..."

"Yeah!" Monika blushed at Sayori's compliment. "Hey, Monika..."

"Yes, Sayori?"

"Did you practice this for any specific person..."

"Actually, I did."

"That's great! You should show them!"

Monika walked over to Sayori. "I just did..."

Sayori was speechless. "You've been practicing this for me?!"

"Y-yeah..."

Neither of the two girls could hide the blush creeping onto their faces. Silence seemed to fill the whole auditorium as Monika waited for Sayori to say something.

"I-I really like you too, Monika!"

"You do!?"

"Of course! But you didn't need to prepare a whole song. You could have just told me and I would have been all over you!" Both girls laughed.

"I guess you're just that special, Sayori..." Sayori embraced Monika tightly, happiness flowing through her.

"Thank you so much, Monika!"

"My pleasure, Sayori. Come on, I'll walk you home so that you don't get lonely."

"With you, I'll never be lonely."
