Chapter Six

(Jennie's P.O.V.)

Lunch time...

I went out of my classroom, and went straight to the parking lot. Lisa said aftter class, I'll meet her here

I already saw her, leaning against at hood of her car, busy playing with her phone. "Hey..." I called her softly and sat down beside her

She looked up and took her earphones out from her ear. "Hi..." She said with a soft smile on her lips

"Where are we going?" I asked her curiously. She just smiled at me and stood up

"Hmm... where do you want to go?" She asked curiously

"I don't know. Where you want to go, I guess" I said shyly. She offered me a hand to stand up, I took it and stood up

"Okay then, I have an idea" Lisa said. "Do you still have classes?" She asked. I gestured her to wait for a sec, she nodded

I took my phone out and checked my schedule. "No... I don't have any" I said as I tucked back my phone in my pocket

She nodded "Perfect!"Lisa said as she took my hands. I blushed on her actions, holding my hand.

She opened the door for me, she's so sweet and gentle. She does this small, sweet gestures. And it makes my heart beats differently

She closed the car door, she walked around and stepped inside the car. "Do you love, parks?" She asked

I nodded "Yes. I love parks" I said shyly. She nodded and started the engine it roared inside the parking lot

After a few seconds we drove off, out of the parking lot. The drive was silent, but not awkward

"Hey, ummm... is it okay that I'm taking you? Since you know..." She asked shyly. I smiled and nodded

"Yes" I said, but she galnced at me with an unsure look. "It's okay, Lisa. I don't need my father, Hanbin, or anyone who'll control my life" I said

"I'm gonna do what I want right now. And I don't want to follow them anymore" I said as I looked down on my lap

"I'm happy, so I don't care if they get mad at me" I said with a small smile. I looked up at her, she's smiling too

Then to my surprise, she took my hand and placed it on the gearshift, with her hands above mine. I blushed and the wild butterflies is flying inside me

"I'm happy too, that you're fighting for yourself" She said, completely focused on the road. "But, can you please do me a favor?" She asked

I furrowed my brows "What is it?" I asked her curiously. She smiled widely and stopped the car

She took both of my hands. "Promise me that you'll call me if you need someone? And promise me that you'll protect yourself?" She asked and gently squeezed my hands

I nodded "I promise..." I said, she smiled widely. She's so sweet and caring. Why is she like that? I'm falling for her more

"Let's go? We're here..." Lisa said. I nodded "Wait here..." She said as she quickly went out of the car. I furrowed my brows in confusion

She opened my car door and offered me a hand, I blushed on her sweet gentle action. "Thank you..." I murmured

I stepped out of the car holding her hands, she closed the he door behind her. She's not letting go of my hand

"So, there's a café around here. What do you want? Go at the park first or at the café?" She asked

I really love that she asks me first before she decides . "How about café first?" I said suggestively. She nodded
