Chapter Thirteen

(Lisa's P.O.V.)

We're in our tracks, now. I'm at front, beside me is Hanbin, he's kinda unusual. He's not smirking at me

Instead, he's frowning. Behind me is Jisoo, Taehyung, behind them is Seulgi and other racers

My is 2018 Kawasaki H2 SX. This is one of my babies

I turned on my ear piece, I turned my head towards my group mates. I gestured them to open their, ear piece

They nodded in response, when they got the message. "You guys, there?" I asked as I sat on my motorcycle

"Ye..." They said in unison. "What's the plan, Lisa?" Jisoo asked. "Do we need to call, Irene?" She suggested

"I think, we should..." I said with a light chuckle. I heard, they groaned. It caused me to role my eyes with a smile on my lips

"I'll call her..." Seulgi said. We waited for a few seconds then, few rings. Then we heard Irene picked up

"Hello? Guys?" Irene called with some voices from the background.

"Irene! We need some guides because the idiot doesn't have any brains to it..." Taehyung said

"Hey!" I protested. I heard, Jisoo, Seulgi, and Irene laughed. "That was mean..." I pouted, even though they can't see me

"It's true!" Taehyung said. I huffed in annoyance

"Racers! Are you ready?!" The speaker started, all the crowds went wild. We roared our engines and horned

"If that's so, racers! Hop in!" The first speaker said. They obliged, well, I'm already sitting on my motorcycle

"Start your engines!" The second speaker said. We obliged, we roared our engines in the stadium

The crowds went like animals, they started to bang on the railings, chanting. "Guys, listen to me. Okay?" I heard, Irene

"Ye!" We said in unison. Then, the referee went in front of us holding checkered pattern flag

"Ready..." The speaker said, I tested my gear shifts and roared my engine even louder. Same goes to them

"Set..." The speaker continued, while the referee rose his flags and placed his whistle in between of his lips

I glanced at them, they nodded. I glances at Hanbin, he's not looking at anyone. He's just looking straight ahead

He's really not the jerky person that the first time I met him. "Go!" The speaker yelled and the referee dropped his flags

We drove off quickly, me and Hanbin taking the lead. "Okay, here we go. Good luck guys" Seulgi said

"Please, be careful..." Jisoo said "Let's have a clean race..." Jisoo added with a chuckle. I smiled
